I was treated very well at the Roseburg branch by the manager James. He made sending my fiance her birthday present, possible. I was short on the amount it would cost to ship it to Louisiana and he took the time and was patient with me and helped make the proper adjustments in order to send the gift. Thank you James for your kindness and generosity that day. You made a difference.

With a new owner, the store has gone nothing but downhill. You can’t take debit cards so you have to purchase other items off the wall to meet the minimum purchase and you’re really going to charge $2.50 to print a piece of paper… This is what happens when Californians by Oregon businesses. This will be the next one to go out of business

This store used to have good customer service, now as July 2024 it’s not. I assume this place got different or new ownership but for surely it’s not the same. Sad part of this review there is only one UPS store locally so I hope they will get better eventually or have new owner with good customer service. I will do my best to avoid this store now.

This store makes shipping packages quick, easy and convenient. I often ship care packages to family across the country and staff are very helpful in explaining the best rates and quickest delivery times. My wife also uses them to help ship items for her business. Highly recommend.

These folks will give you the price for shipping but if they do the packing for you they are very cagey about the cost of the box and packing materials and service charges. Then they ring it up after they pack it so you won’t be inclined to change your mind. $8.85 for a medium box, 8.00 for a small piece of bubble wrap. If they told me ahead of time I would have refused.

UPDATE: I was able to track my package for Roseburg to San Bernardino, California then instead of going south to imperial Valley area it is on its way to Florida!!!! Geezus ?
UPDATE: Turns out they sent it USPS and didn’t ask or tell me. No wonder I was having a hard time tracking it. I hope the package arrives safe and sound. Poor customer service!
Fast service but tracking number isn’t recognized when trying to see if package was delivered. Having to call to see if they can track package. That was the sole purpose of using UPS, to track delivery.

I don’t recommend scheduling a notary appointment, you’ll still be treated as a walk in. Took an hour and a half to get the documents notarized and he had to check over the papers 20x before giving it to us. Also helped other customers while doing it. I understand he’s the only notary, but I recommend getting another one so they can work together instead of him having to do it alone and being distracted every 2 minutes. I don’t recommend getting notarized there.

The team at the Roseburg UPS Store have always provided top tier and exceptional customer service. Last week and yesterday they went above and beyond locating a package for me. Casey did the research, looked in all the places and found my package. Not only did he and the other team members put effort into finding it, but Casey went above and beyond to reach me so that I knew it was found. This team works hard, is always friendly and provide outstanding customer service, even when they have a store full of customers. I highly recommend them for shipping, receiving, printing and other related things, they really are awesome!
