Umpqua Bank makes it hard for working people to do banking. 9-5 even drive up window, that use to be open until at least 5:30pm I have taken a lunch ran over there to deposit cash and they were closed inside and window at same time???Credit Union down the street is openlater.

Matt is the best. He worked with me and made my experience with this bank one of the best I've had ever. Answers all my questions and walked me through anything I didn't understand. Can't imagine some of the reviews being anything but great.
