Use to work here a long time ago. Awful place to work, they practice nepotism here. Only family members and those related to the owners will be rewarded with promotions. Regardless on if the person deserves it. They really go hard on the “only need an 8 hour break between shifts”. One time worked early in the morning, 8 hours later I had to work the evening shift. It was not a set schedule, they would just randomly schedule you for whenever. They strictly care for sales, nothing else matters to them. You will also be thrown under the bus, HR one time gladly threw me under the bus when ex tried to get unemployment through them. Anything to make sure he did not get a penny he was owed for being illegally terminated.Will never work here again. Awful place

Was fired for "not being able to stick to the script". Truth is, I was not able to lie to sell their clients products (Hard-X - no customer service number and no website to contact the company to cancel orders - which were not "free", but "Risk-Free" trials. No order was taken without an auto-shipment commitment and cost $88 for the lube and $88 for the pills - which were NOT #VIAGRA as advertised by texting the public at #Random. Also, #Prostagenix and #Testodrene were a real problem. #discrimination #workplaceharrassment #wrongfultermination #bankfraud? #cryptocurrency? #coinbase ? #coinbasewallet

I loved working here. Nothing is ever the same on any given shift or day. Every single day, 1 call to the next is something different. That's what I loved. I can't wait until they start hiring again. Differently something I check daily.

Words cant express the level of customer service and expertise this team provides. Bringing TMS on as our main sales center and customer service center has been one of the smartest decisions I've ever made. They are quick to respond (even after hours) and are even quicker in implementing and setting up campaigns/ new procedures. They maintain a steady conversion rate, AOV, RPC, talk time, hold time etc... As director of call center communications for our company, TMS has taken out a lot of the legwork and gone above and beyond what we have seen from competitors. But even better than that, you can tell almost right away you are working with a group of genuine people that care about your goals as if they were their own and they feel like a part of the team, not just some 3rd party. I know our company is in good hands with TMS.A big thank you to Dan D, Clint H, Jeff R and everyone at TMS!!!

I once spent a whole 8 hour shift answering robo-rick-roll calls (Never Gonna Give You Up) non stop until management had to just suspend calls for that sales account. That's because this call center engages in exploitive, scammy, deceptive practices - customers getting products that dont work then a recurring monthly charge that can never be cancelled because CS is outsourced to a foreign country. Every day working here I felt like a terrible person because I knew this was wrong, legally right - but obviously wrong - snake oil sales accounts preying on peoples insecurities. Using Dr. Oz's likeness on products he doesnt endorse - I'm honestly surprised this place hasn't been raided. This is the fast food of call centers.

The best bosses, funny, outgoing, they let you be you but help you move forward into a better and positive you/ life. They give you confidence that you can do anything you put your mind and efforts in to. They don't let you give up, but help you improve your skills. They do not discriminate at all. Tms All together is a good company to work for. If you have no family, trust me you will gain that at Tms. I miss and love you guys!!
