“My friend purchased a secondhand horse trailer from someone. As she started to drive it, every time she tried to engage the trailer brakes manually, her truck told her the trailer was disconnected. It was clear the trailer had no brakes as we were driving to an RV service place. They recommended Les Schwab, and we're so glad they did. The manager, Chris, and his team were awesome. We arrived 15 minutes before closing. They were fantastic. They went above and beyond (for an hour!) trying to troubleshoot the issue. They were friendly and professional and thorough. If we were local, we'd be regular customers!”
