All they do is follow you around and watch you like you’re going to steal something. Every spot I walked to there she was following me! Very uncomfortable…..but their stuff is nice. Scared to stay in there long because of how the staff acts towards you.
I have never stolen a thing in my life. Please let customers browse without asking to take everything they touch and breathing down their neck. She watched me smell all the perfumes….stood there pretending to straighten merchandise while I look through the clothing rack. Good Lord.

If you need to buy a gift for someone, and you are totally stuck, go to Spunky Steer. They have amazing, beautiful, one-of-a-kind things that you'll just never find anywhere else in Roseburg. They are perfect for those "hard to buy for" people. And they have a bit of everything. EVERYTHING. Men's and women's clothing and accessories, decor, jewelry, shoes. The staff are amazing, helpful, fun and genuine.

It is impossible to get ahold of anyone there or they'll be closed when it says it should be open so maybe there going out of buesness I recommend coastal farm and ranch for any footwear or any clothing as well wonderfully selection as well!!

I came in needing a new outfit, boots, and jewelry for a wedding and the girls in there nailed it! They were super sweet and found me exactly what I was looking for. My new favorite store!!!

I saw a sign in her store with a 60 dallor tag on it from another store and than she had boosted it up to 100, she played it off like she didn’t know, and than i looked the sign up online found it for 20 bucks. It’s a shame this store is beautiful, but you can find the same exact stuff way cheaper online. The staff was also not very nice and seem very disrespectful and acts very almighty.

The people who own this place are so disrespectful to their customers. The lady that works in there is horribly rude. Great stuff to look at, which is why I went in there in the first place but after being in there for not even 10 minutes I watched her be very disrespectful to a couple right next to me. It's overly priced but beautiful stuff to look at. If you go in there be ready to get glared at and talked down too. Really wished i would of read these reviews before i went in. Glad to be taking my business elsewhere. Spunky Steer... get a new staff.

Love the products but there’s terrible customer service. The owner has hours online and doesn’t follow them. She even closed the door in my face and rolled her eyes at me... a paying customer.
