I purchased a phone 2 months ago and the phone broke so I Called T-Mobile for assistance and after waiting almost an hour I was told I would have to bring my phone into the store. I took the phone into the store and the associate acted like I did something to the phone and asked me twice if I damaged it. He was very rude and told me he couldn't take the phone back and to call customer service to have them assist me. I had to wait another hour to get in touch with customer service which they didn't know why the associate didn't take care of it for me. The customer service I recieved on the phone was great but due to the rude sales associate I will be switching carriers.

Got to be one of the worst cell phone carriers we have dealt with. We spend several hours a week trying to get our bill fixed. Just went to the store at 5pm... it's closed. Online says until 8pm. I've never been in this store with a minimum of 45 minutes to even get a sim card once. Set some time aside if you have to go to this store.

I went in back in November because I was originally a Sprint customer and got an alert that my phone was no longer compatible after Sprint changed to TMobile, and I qualified for a free phone. I was also offered a free SynchUp device as a promotional item while I was in getting the free phone. The next bill had a payment plan for both items. I immediately went back and was told it would get corrected asap. It is now April and I’ve spent countless hours over and over again, both in store and on the phone, I keep getting promised it will get fixed and I’ll get credited for the “free” items. I’m still being charged each month. I don’t know if I’m dealing with extreme incompetence or got scammed.My next step is changing to a different carrier and taking them to court. I can’t find a higher level manager to go through.

Never listened to my problem. Response was "I can't help you Dude". And then tried to sell me more T-mobile stuff.I despise someone calling me Dude. It's as bad or worse than Bro.Very unprofessional. Time to change providers.

After being a customer with Sprint for 20 years and owing nothing on our phones we were told we needed to purchase new phones or ours wouldn't work (5G). We went to T-Mobile bought our new phones and had very weak service. After hours of communication literally on the phone and chat. It came down to they sold us phones with no service and couldn't tell us when we would have it. They should be sued for signing contracts they cant deliver on. One of their customer service reps turned my phones off (including my 75 yo mothers phone) because he didn't like what I had to say and a manager had to step in to turn them back on. Absolute nightmare. Don't sign with them. I had no service for 4 months and it cost me $1400 to switch to Verizon plus my perfectly good iPhone that were paid off. You would think that after all that T-Mobile would try to make it right. Nope! T-Mobile has no class and customer service &/or service is not their thing. T-Mobile is the worst.

We were with T-Mobile in Southern California but had to switch when we lived in Arizona because they only had Verizon there. So, when we moved to Florida, we switched back to T-Mobile. T-Mobile has merged with Sprint so they covered, according to their sign, 99% of Americans. That sounded pretty good plus they were moving to 5G. We've been with T-Mobile for a couple years again and are pretty happy with the service. We are in Oregon again and they cover most of Douglas County. We even have 5GUC so it's working well. Despite having a really bad problem in Florida but it has been resolved. The service in Oregon has been good-once they got the towers fixed for 5G. I do recommend T-Mobile and will be with them for a while.

Wife was put in Tears because We were told a specific price...!?! We told These People We can Only Afford so much money or We'll stay with Metro...!!! We were told our Bill would be only &113 & Hasn't been that Yet...??? Why lie to get a customer just doesn't work out in the end Not Happy ???

I have been trying to switch from Verizon to tmobile and working with the manager Joe the last 3 days he's been very helpful, explains everything great, very knowledgeable of the promos and just overall great customer service. All three visits him and his staff were very attentive to others coming in and seemed to have great service. Thank you guys.

The assistant manager at this location (I don't know his name because he never wears a name tag) is absolutely incompetent. I went in to get help with a couple of warranty issues, and he had no idea that they even did warranty claims. I asked him if he can call the customer care line and have them help with it, and he wouldn't do it. He has no customer service and no knowledge about what his job actually is. I like T-Mobile, but the assistant manager st this location is absolutely horrible at his job. If he didn't have the knowledge but was willing to try to help, I would have been happy with that. But the fact that he wasn't even willing to try to take the next step in helping was ridiculous.

Good so far. Plus Verizon and at&t both was rude and didn't want My business cause of no credit score like some sort of cult.. but i high respect tmobile for helping.. and I'm grateful I can do my job now.

Tried to go in there to switch phone companys and from the get go the one guy that talked to me made me feel he didnt want my business ... Very very rude and talked down to me when i was trying to explain what i seen online ...arms folded acted like he was better then me .. I ended up walking out and getting 3 new phones and service else where ...
