Nice Motel. Unfortunately, someone on their staff thought it would be appropriate to place broken tree branches on my truck and accuse me of driving through their trees. I had my rig parked for several days before this happened. I even had a spotter to make sure I didn't hit anything or drive over a curb. Clearly, it was not me that drove through their trees.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but adequate, dated banged up, sheets old. Breakfast area is very small, went at 8:15am and nowhere to sit and were out of some food/drink so I skipped it. Only vending on 2nd floor. Stained carpets and musty smell. Went to the pool at 8pm and after a day of others swimming the water was murky. Bad smells in the pool area, hot tub jets don't work. I'm sure I just caught them on a bad day, I think the place was full for the weekend I'm sure it's hard to keep up with so many people.

Staff was very strange lacking eye comtact and well any personality compared to other places I've been and the hotel entrance is weird elevators are dirty the beds are absolutely the most awful beds I've EVER tried to sleep on like a hard board and the heat is trapped in the matress the room wasn't worth what was paid won't ever go back I have to say the powdered eggs for breakfast I mean this place just out did itself. Happy travels, yall

Good price but kind of a skanky area. Seen a few tweekers here before. Breakfast is ok. Kind of lame that the hot tub doesn't open until 8am. That's when most business folks need to get going. Have a leg injury needing hydro therapy so here I am at 9:45am finally getting on the road. Oh and WiFi was pretty much unusable.

Very friendly staff, but the hotel needs more maintenance. Jacuzzi doesn't work, pool looked a bit tired/water suspect, my sheets were torn and had a stain (maintenance fixed right away), men's BA in the hall didn't work on arrival (got fixed fast after pointing it out), breakfast good but only vanilla cream for coffee - odd. The carpet in the halls needs urgent cleaning too.

The room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was hot! Room had a weird musty smell, but opened the window while at dinner and that helped. Employees were friendly. Would stay again.

Stayed at the Sleep Inn for one night (10/14/2023). Reserved through priceline by phone bc that was cheaper. :)Check in was fast and easy.Room was clean and didn't have a weird smell like some hotels do lol there was just a bleach smell in the hallway by the pool but that is normalBreakfast buffet has a good amount of option. Friendly and nice worker there. She even gave a little boy therr a good bag which was extra nice.Rooms: Overall clean.Food & drinks: Applebee's can be walked to.

This place was so clean! Everything worked. Not one single problem or issue during my long stay.. If I didn't know better, I wouldn't believe this hotel is even on Roseburg at all. It's way above and beyond my expectations. Every single employee here was AMAZING. They were all so understanding and kind, seemed to love their jobs and are so excellent at what they do. I was here quite a while and I think I met and interacted with everyone from front desk, housekeeping, breakfast attendants, maintaince, management. Pretty hard to find a team like this anywhere. I can't thank them enough. They all have the right attitude to provide excellent customer service and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. ?❤ Thank you Sleep Inn!Also would like to add, the pool is open until midnight. There is laundry and fitness room, hot breakfast. At any hotel I've ever been to you do need to request service the day before if you will need housekeeping, as a stay over. So the person saying that in the other review about not getting daily housekeeping may not know how hotels work. You can easily trade out your garbage for new garbage bags and towels when you see the housekeeping carts on your floor or whatever else you need. The housekeeping folks are beyond accommodating.

Bed was comfortable & room was quiet except;>Fridge was not cold enough to chill my drinks>wifi wouldn't work in my room : front desk told me because it's too close to the elevator. Wish they had warned me @ check in, I even tried 3 different devices with no luck!I arrived @ Breakfast 10 minutes after opening which was OK except all the potatoes were already gone & staff told me someone took them all so they are not replacing them!

Oh boy, staff is incredibly friendly here so this low rating is not a reflection of that! The hotel itself is the low score. One elevator only, not only is it incredibly slow, it makes a weird grinding noise when the doors closing, like it's off track....My room key kept deactivating (4 times)so imagine having to go all the way back downstairs after realizing so (I'm on the fourth floor), i'm visiting here for work, so I was exhausted and the elevator was taking so long I opted for the stairs. There happen to be heavy rains, and whether there is no gutter or it's damaged, because my window had just massive waterfall rain. Not sure if the window is not sealed properly or if there is something wrong with the AC unit as the floor underneath became completely soaked.Because of the storm as well, the TV cable cut out, I've stayed in many hotels and many different weather situations, and I have never had the TV go out with a note on the screen it's not working because of the rain....When I used the air unit it made a loud clicking noise the wouldn't stop so I just had to make do without air flow.Odd that there was no body wash in the room and water gets a little warm definitely not hot and takes ages to even get to that level. Same with the sink, probably a little bit worse actually, I don't believe I ever got warm water. There are no "do not disturb" signs, I didn't sleep very well as I was super anxious that house keeping might try to walk in LOL. More of a personal issue I suppose, I guess what's weirder is housekeeping, didn't even enter my room when I was gone, which they would normally do in hotels if you don't have a "do not disturb" sign.Walls are so thin, I could hear my neighbors cell phone vibrate on desk and their child laughing. Thankfully their visit was not super long.Wouldn't stay here again, though

DO NOT STAY HERE - We stopped her during my child's first road trip. The lobby was nice and check in was fine. We got up to our room (316) and when my 5 year old sat on one of the beds the top right side dipped down. She got up and I touched that portion of the bed and it was clear it was broken. When we looked at the other bed (2 queen room) there was a bug crawling on it. As I looked around the room, it had clearly not been cleaned (empty M&M wrapper right next to bed with bug. I went down to the front desk to let him know the bed was broken. He said "the metal bar under the bed likely just fell down" and then stared at me, like that was something I was going to fix. I asked about the other remaining room (one king bed) he said was available and he said it was no longer available. I asked who could come to fix the bed and he said he would. When he came upstairs, and lifted up the mattress (I won't get into all the trash underneath it) the bottom wood part of the bedframe collapsed. My husband jumped up to grab that to help. After a few minutes he said it was fixed and left. We touched the bed and it dipped a little less, but was still definitely not safe to sleep on. My husband said he'd sleep on that bed, but my 5 year old started crying because she didn't want to sleep on the bed with the bug. Needless to say, we knew we couldn't stay in that room. It was already 11 pm, but we grabbed our stuff and went back downstairs. As I was standing in line to check out, it sounded like two people without reservations were offered other queen bed rooms (which we never were). We ended up driving an extra hour to get to Medford and found a very nice hotel that was only an extra $20. I contacted Choice Hotels to ensure I wasn't charged for the room and they said they'd reach out to the manager of the hotel. After three days of not hearing anything, I called Choice back and they said management hadn't responded. They checked again and said hotel management denied the request because the room was non-refundable. I knew that to be true, but thought it the room was non-habitable, and we weren't offered another room, that would negate the "non-refundable" portion. Choice did was they could and gave me extra points, but I'm still out $180 for a room that we could not safely stay in. If you find yourself with the only options to sleep at this hotel or your car ... sleep in your car.EDIT: In response to manager comment, I would never stay at your location again. You did not try and make this right in the moment (even though there's a plaque in the lobby saying you will) and you haven't tried to make it right since. I've now looked at previous comments that speak to the state of your rooms and that "you'll take the feedback and work on it", seems like that's not accurate. I want to reiterate, especially for families with littles, keep driving. My child was anxious to sit on any hotel bed after this because she thought she would fall. Thankfully, the other rooms were great and she's doing better.

We were on a road trip (from Sacramento), and Sleep Inn was a welcome respite from driving. It also made a great base camp for seeing the sights all around, like the wildlife safari 15 mins away. ? The folks at the counter were super sweet. 10/10, can't wait to stay here again. ☺️Nearby activities: The Wildlife Safari is only 15 mins away, and well worth a visit!Safety: The parking lot was well lit. We felt very safe staying here.Food & drinks: The breakfast they provide is so good! Big props to chef, cuz a solid breakfast is the best way to start the day. For dinner, there's an Applebee's a block away that had great service.

Complete disappointment. Upon checkin the air conditioner would not function, and the top spread of bed no 2 had dark stains...i mean a lot. Changed rooms quickly with our 2 dogs. Second room had same dark stains on top sheet and comforter, a smeared mirror, no hand towels, tv didnt work. At this point with 2 dogs after travel we gave up. Folks this clean staff is incompetent and this is a nasty place. The halls smell and the pool is a high chlorine bath. Parking lot trash blowing around outside too. Nobody is minding this store and it shows. Ruined our Roseburg stop for the evening.

Let's start with the bad. The TV in the room was tiny tiny. I have computer monitors bigger. The coffee in the room is awful. There was a light outside our room that was 10000 watts and shine right in our window. I am going to assume it was to light up their sign but it lit up our room brighter than the sun did the next day. But they had kind of black out shades but this light was way to bright. The person who checked us in was super professional and super not customer service oriented. Did his job but only his job. No smiles no hello nothing but he got us to our room. Now the good. The room was super clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. They have two windows making the traffic from I5 almost impossible to hear and this hotel sits right on the freeway. The shower was wonderful. Hot water all the time and big enough for 2 :) Did I mention how clean the room was? The lobby was really beautiful and the parking lot was clean. All in all this was a nice hotel and I would stay here again.

Quiet but not the cleanest. Breakfast was ok. Good location. The room key gives you 50% off at the Rodeo restaurant . That was great!
