The tech who sent me swore by their services, as he had used them to send computers before. “They’ll take good care of you,” he said, and he was right!When I arrived, I was greeted by three friendly dogs and the owners, Dave and Janie! They made me feel like family from the moment I stepped in the door. Their shop includes a Narnia-like shopping experience, AND full-fledged shipping station in back to send almost anything anywhere.They were able to send off my computer that day with careful attention to insurance and tracking. “I recently went here to get my remote desk and chair since I just started working from home, and from the moment I started trying out chairs and looking at desks a very friendly rep advised me of the current offer that If I buy an office chair, I get 20% off of a desk. When I went back a week later, I had very friendly staff who helped check if the items I wanted were in stock and even helped me with downloading the Staples App and showed me on how to sign up for the app and also how to maximize earning points. The cashier was also very helpful and the sales guy helped me bring out the items to the car and helped me load them. Great service and I will definitely recommend friends and family here!
