I will never go in here again. My mom was sent in by a cabinet maker to get some stain ideas and they acted like this was a big ordeal. Extremely rude and they didn’t even try to help. We went to gerretsens and they were super helpful and we bought everything we needed there.

Sherwin Williams needs to adequately staff their store, especially on the last day of their sale. Much business was lost with customers walking out, due to only one employee handling massive orders an hour before closing.

It took 3 employees 2 hours to try and make me 5 gallons of paint that came out the wrong color. After the first try that wasn't even close, the 2nd time it was wrong but I thought it was close enough.It wasn't!For $200+ you could do your one job property.Isn't it your job to match paint? Especially when the color guide is printed on the top of the lid?

Sales rep I dealt with needed to comb his hair and brush his teeth! Maybe needed to clean his ears also, I said I'm not looking for any shade of grey.... He points out a whole row of Grey's ? Headed over to Color craft walked out happy!!
