Handrails are nice to have especially since I have massive trouble walking they make it easy for me so I can use the walkway up into the Office and see Terri with my business on my unit and any questions or whatever maybe a need. “I have never met the owners face to face but I've also never had any problems with my storage units. Started out with a larger one when I first moved here. Then as I started getting settled in in my new home I only needed a smaller unit and they made switching it from the one unit to the smaller unit seamless. I mean as far as storage units go... It's a storage facility. But I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them.”

“Moving sucks. I think we can all agree on that. But Tom Thumb is the best place to store your belongings if that be the case. I never worry about my stuff or my unit. They work with me when I can't pay on my due date. They offer online payments and services, which is awesome in my book. After your first initial visit getting into a unit, you never have to talk to anyone again really. Very large, spacious lot these storage units are on. And you can put other stuff here too. Maybe you don't need an actual storage unit, maybe you just need somewhere to store a project car you haven't been able to get too yet? They offer those here too! Don't have room for your RV at home?? Tom Thumb Mini Storage does! Rest assured:) The only negative thing I could say about this place is..you can't access any thing beyond the gate after 10pm. When the clock hits 10, thats it. And personally, I hate this rule. I would love to be able to access my storage unit any time I please. Not only cuz I pay for it but because this can make moving in the summer a tad bit rough when the weather gets hotter. But all in all, love it!”

“This facility is great!! The managers are super nice and friendly, they greeted my daughter and I right away and were eager to help up with our storage needs. The office space is large and very professional. We were offered free ice cold water right away which was great in this heat while moving! The whole property was VERY clean. Awesome bathroom access as well. Good access to all of the units, inside and out. Added security with cameras inside the hallways. They have hand carts for easy moving if you have an inside storage unit. It's air conditioned inside, which is a great perk as well. Nice pricing, one of the best I've ever seen, especially for the friendly management and cleanliness of the place. We got set right up with just what we needed. I appreciated the fact that we got to see the unit before we went ahead with the payment. They wanted to make sure we were happy with the unit 100% and we are!! I have rented many units from different places around Douglas County and I don't ever think I could rent from anyone else from here on out, Dave and Kay really were the best!”

“My experience with Gecko here in Roseburg began with a conversation with Mark, the caretaker. As the manager was on Christmas vacation Mark was in and out of the office on his maintenance rounds. He met me at the office, showed me a unit that met my needs (14' wide, 35' long with a 12' door) and was immaculate. A few days later, shortly after Christmas, my son and I arrived to work on his large camper van. Throughout our time Mark dropped in to say "Hi", chat and see how we were doing. He was at all times cheerful, helpful, and offering suggestions. The facility was a mark of his thorough cleaning, attention to detail, and concern for image the facility projected.I have taught many customer service classes and Mark could serve as an outstanding example of going the extra mile for us. He signed us up on paper as the computer system was new to him, secured all our information to "seal the deal" professionally, kept us informed of his whereabouts when he was on the property, and appeared as soon as possible when the GFCI outlet at the unit failed. He was always warm and friendly and the facility is lucky to have him on staff. Gecko is a fine place, offers good service, and was the perfect place for our project. Mark is a credit to the facility.”
