“I have never met the owners face to face but I've also never had any problems with my storage units. Started out with a larger one when I first moved here. Then as I started getting settled in in my new home I only needed a smaller unit and they made switching it from the one unit to the smaller unit seamless. I mean as far as storage units go... It's a storage facility. But I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them.”
“Moving sucks. I think we can all agree on that. But Tom Thumb is the best place to store your belongings if that be the case. I never worry about my stuff or my unit. They work with me when I can't pay on my due date. They offer online payments and services, which is awesome in my book. After your first initial visit getting into a unit, you never have to talk to anyone again really. Very large, spacious lot these storage units are on. And you can put other stuff here too. Maybe you don't need an actual storage unit, maybe you just need somewhere to store a project car you haven't been able to get too yet? They offer those here too! Don't have room for your RV at home?? Tom Thumb Mini Storage does! Rest assured:) The only negative thing I could say about this place is..you can't access any thing beyond the gate after 10pm. When the clock hits 10, thats it. And personally, I hate this rule. I would love to be able to access my storage unit any time I please. Not only cuz I pay for it but because this can make moving in the summer a tad bit rough when the weather gets hotter. But all in all, love it!”

“For a complete online sign up and payment deal, masterkey does it really well. My only gripe is that the gate access code didn't come through on the text that was sent. But all I had to do was call their customer service line and the very helpful associate helped me by texting me the gate code. Awesome!”
