If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolute joke of a Pharmacy. Most people need a prescription the day it’s called into the pharmacy most days when I would go to pick up the my meds or antibiotics for my children. They are not ready the day of or the wait is a ridiculous time. Let alone trying to get ahold of them is a complete joke, they never answer or respond to voicemails. You’re better off getting your prescription filled elsewhere. Their staff could also work on their customer service attitudes & how they treat people. Safe to say after using them & dealing with this multiple times, I changed my pharmacy today.

I want to say thank you to Jeri for helping me post-surgery recoup out of pocket costs I had been paying and to get my claim into their system so insurance would cover it. She didn't just take the first roadblock as a 'no' but helped find a way to get my insurance stuff cleared and taken care of. Thank you so much.

They do not fill anything unless you call them (which good luck getting through) for at least a week, whoever needs to hear this when a doctor calls in a prescription the patient more often needs it now, than in a week. Put me on hold for 96 minutes and went to lunch (I called from someone else's phone while still on hold on my phone and it said they were on a lunch break. I was still on hold!

the staff are very nice but something needs to change with this pharmacy. went in today for my son's medicine, was told it would only take a few minutes for his prescription to finish, keep in mind it was sent in yesterday from the Drs office, just to end up sitting there for almost 40 mins.

I really appreciate the staff here. But the needs of customers with disabilities has become non existent. There's no longer any way to call or check on a prescription without going to the store, and often have to return two or three times to get my medicine.OK EDITING my previous review: many issues with pharmacies after a few things changed in Oregon. Place was a madhouse like so many other pharmacies. But they have taken great strides to not only help their clientele, but to reduce the stress the people that work there have to deal with daily. ??

This pharmacy could use some retraining on customer service. Ex’s are never ready when the system says they will be. Long lines and slow rude techs make the customer experience a poor one for certain. Pharmacy manager certainly doesn’t seem to care and the overall sense of urgency is nonexistent.

Have always loved the girls there but Michelle is the reason I've switched pharmacies after using Sav-On for years. She is rude and condescending and seems to be the one that's working when I go in. If you start losing regulars, she is most likely why.
