The biggest issue is their sales team. I'm not sure if they believe their cars are worth more than all other brands, but they were condescending and reminded me of the politicians we all hate, that spend more time putting down other brands than actually selling you on their product.

Huge shout out to the crew at Roseburg Honda! After dealing with the hassle from some big dealerships in Portland while trying to trade in our car for something larger, these guys really stepped up. They showed us so much kindness and truly treated us like family. Dustin was an awesome salesman and made the whole buying process enjoyable! Aaron and David were absolutely fantastic too. Everyone there went the extra mile to help us find exactly what we needed and made the transition into buying and trading in a vehicle super smooth. We highly recommend starting and finishing your car-buying journey at Roseburg Honda!

The service Dept was awesome. Our car broke down a couple of miles away on a drive from Seattle to Lake Tahoe. They were able to look at it the next morning and diagnose the problem. Turns out the engine has a dead cylinder and wasn't worth fixing. They kept the car for another 10 days until I could have it picked up for no additional charge. Only charged us $179 to look at it. Helped my wife remove the Thule and put it in a pickup truck she rented to continue the drive.

I have had multiple problems with them. When I had my F-150, they claimed I had no brake problems, but I did and a second shop confirmed it. They also claimed my radiator had a small leak due to lacking a sleeve, but I never had to fill it. And this last time with my Honda CR-V, the issue wasn't resolved. This is understandable because diagnosing can be difficult, but they removed a cover in the engine compartment and just tucked it under some wires where it could have been lost after they were done. Luckily, I was able to place it back on. I will not return here, and will tell my family (who have been going here since 2007) and anyone else to avoid. (Edited)

They aren’t kidding when they say treat you like family. Rick was amazing and very comfortable to work with; he was extremely accommodating to my son who has autism. He also was not pushy in the slightest bit when it came to buying or not. The entire team was a dream to work with, everyone made my first time buying a car a great memory.

Showed up to replace my air bag and there was already employees waiting outside to sell the cars, told them why I was there and they pointed me in the right direction before I even got inside
Once inside it was effortless to get my air bag replaced, I was quoted with 40 minute wait or so and it only took about 24 minutes to get it done, signed my paperwork and I was out the door
Great service, employees were very nice and considerate, I would definitely go back if I needed to

Just came home with my 2024 CRV Hybrid. I worked with Rick Ver Steeg because my sister had bought cars through him and was so happy with him. And, I agree. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and needed. Explained everything and I never once felt pressured, he introduced me to other long time employees, including the service department. I actually enjoyed the whole transaction. I came home with my new CRV Hybrid and made a new friend. Thank you so much Rick!
