Unless you want free storage, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO ROGER'S TUNE-UP on Harvard in Roseburg!
Rogers Tune-Up is a farce! We were told the car couldn't be brought in until a week had passed, presumably, that's when they could get to it. The car was brought in 5 weeks ago and we have been told 4 separate times it will be ready that day or the next and here we are again, without a car! I suspect the car has not even been looked at. I understand new issues can arise as you get into a car but why make false promises?
This is not a second car. It is used every day in the driver's line of work, plus medical appointments at the Cancer Center necessitate trips 22 days out of the month. Friends provide rides when they are available however, Uber and Lyft are getting rich off of us.

Horrible fist and last experience. I took my car in to have a brand new compressor installed and my Freon replaced so my air conditioning would come back to life. After many days, I finally got my car back, new compressor installed, Freon recharged, but my air conditioning doesn't work at all. No explanation at all. They just said we aren't sure it must be something else. THE END. They didn't even offer to try figuring out what else could be the issue. Just took my money and said bye. Absolutely disgusted with their terrible service. I thought this was an experienced bunch of mechanics. Guess an air conditioning system is just too much for them. Save your money go somewhere else where they will actually try to figure your problem out. Horrible waste of my money not to mention my time. They didn't even give any suggestions of what it may be. No suggestions of where I could take it, or someone/someplace who actually knows something about air conditioning. Even though they claim they are experts at air conditioning. Ya refilling it is about as far as they can go it seems. Pathetic attempt at customer service for sure. Actually no, I take that back, it wasn't even an attempt at all.

Jim Rogers is great! He is honest, helpful, and can get your car fixed and back on the road.. He's been here and has been repairing cars since the mid-70s. You have to be great to stay in business this long in a small town.

I tore off my engine splash cover under my car when I parked too close/over a cement parking block. It was dragging on the ground and made a terrible racket.The gentleman that assisted me was awesome!. It wasn't easy getting those pieces off but, he did it and I was on my way, at least until I can get it in for part replacement and repair! I truly appreciated the help and will recommend this shop to others.

Roger is a very kind man and a great communicator! He troubleshooted my van issue with regards to my "check engine" light, and he also let me know there were several other codes that needed looked into. After calling the extended warranty company, he was advised I had to take my car back to Lithia to complete the warranty work. Very sad, because I have not had good luck with Lithia answer my calls, plus returning them, for the past few months. His office gal is a nice lady, as well. If my van weren't under warranty, I would have had Roger fix my van. Thank you, Roger!
