We were met graciously and were allowed to browse at our leisure. When we needed help we approached the young man who greeted us and from that point on the process of purchase was smooth and handled professionally. Had placed orders in store which was ordered incorrectly by salesman received Ottoman which is not the one I wanted tried to have them correct the problem which did not work out will not be going back at this time . The furniture is very good and very good quality this was just an error in store. Update on my experience after new management they were kind and courteous and very helpful. They helped me pick out the perfect furniture for my bedroom I would highly recommend shopping here. i’m glad that I gave them a second chance. Thank you Gabrielle and Tyler for your help. You guys are awesome!!!

Bought a sofa and love seat from these people, bought the protection plan, have been begging these people for months to come and clean my $1000 dollar sofa and $700 love seat. Nobody is reaching out to me and so will be asking for that money back. Thank you, but this place has done nothing for me.

Gabrielle was so helpful and understanding. I went in starting from scratch and she did not try and up sell me. She gave and recommended sensible options and allowed me to to feel confident in my purchase. If you ever go to rifes in Roseburg definitely ask for Gabrielle, she is awesome.

Bought a recliner and when I lost my remote in it and stuck my hand down the side to get the remote it had giant staples sticking out. So you can't stick your hand down the side like you can a normal chair because the giant staples literally stab you.

The folks at Rife’s were wonderful to deal with. Even when there was a problem they jumped right on it before we even noticed it was an issue and had if fixed immediately. From our sales person, to the delivery guys to the in-house guys who came to fix the problem they all were friendly and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Rife’s to anyone who asked.

I went. I bought. I love it!! The experience was simple and easy. I walkedin. Saw what I liked, and told the salesman that I wanted it. The order was written up and a delivery date was agreed upon a few minutes later. Then I went out the door, a very happy customer. The beautiful chair is sitting in my living room 8 days later. We previously bought an adjustable bed from Rife's and it's fantastic! Now this chair is the best choice I have ever made on my own! I will go back to Rife's again! The only problem I had was deciding to buy the living room set then or later!

The new manager helped us get my mom a pair of recliners for a very reasonable price! She gave me a great discount and even provided help loading them in my truck so I could haul them per my request! I will shop here again, S

We were shopping for a recliner and the helpful agent showed us a lift chair that better matched our needs. she was very pleasant and informative. We will certainly go back to find her when we need the next chair. The delivery men were marvelous also.

Bought a Dining Room Table & a leather sectional. Had it delivered. When the table was delivered it had 3 huge Mars & dents where the wood was missing. The sectional power recliner wires were severed. The delivery people dropped a piece of the sectional on my floor & ruined my floor. Horrible servic3. The store manager wanted to give us 40 dollars for our ruined furniture. Wouldn't recommend this place. Horrible horrible place

The workers at Riffes when we bought the couch were very nice, very helpful, when the guys who came to the house brought our couch in set up the couch, were very nice, very polite, & cleaned up the plastic the couch was in, so thank you again for such a great experience on buying our new couch
