Our recliner hasn't held up well at less than a year old, the bottom cushion has slid out of place and it was purchased for a petite lady. The cushion is attached so nothing we can do other than sit on pillows etc. They had the best price but not the best quality. Went back to get a Sterns and Foster split King, very expensive and I think they gave me a floor model the mattress has a sink hole in the middle. I no longer trust the products at Rife's.

I purchased furniture from Rife’s several months ago and was very satisfied with their service at the time. The furniture is comfortable and fits our home perfectly. I had several changes that they had to deal with before my furniture was delivered and it was all handled promptly and with patience. Gabrielle was great to work with.
Recently, I was looking for another chair and Rife’s was the first place I thought of. I found just what I was looking for at a price I could afford. Gabrielle worked with me on a delivery date. The chair was set up and they made sure I was happy before they left. I can highly recommend Rife’s in Roseburg.

Reason I don't leave only 1 star instead of 2 is because I have never purchased anything here and don't know exactly what the quality of service, Sales etc. is within the store. Might want to teach the young woman who was standing out by the street with the big sale sign some manners. I was on a walk and crossed the street to talk to her (It is hot outside today) and I thought I would be nice and offer to buy her a cold water or drink at the store across the street. She gave me a snobby and condescending attitude and refused loudly saying stuff like "umm I work here dude keep your money, I already have a drink literally right there (pointed to a jug 10 feet away from her that I didnt see) speaking to me like I was a pest or something. Not a good impression to leave for possible future customers who were just trying to help an employee to maybe not get heat exhaustion. I live nearby up the road and thought about getting a new mattress here eventually, now i'm not sure I will. This happened Today (6/7/2024) At around 2:15 PM.

Wife needed a new chair and they had ok prices, of course she didn't want the one on sale. But she's happy.

Rife’s Home Furniture in Roseburg was a great experience. The salesman,Dane, was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a great experience with the company that brought our furniture to our house. We love our new bed too!

Some stuffs expensive but there are deals to be found. Items we bought were cheaper than the other stores we visited. Was difficult to find a couch at most stores that doesn't swallow you alive, but we found one here.

Sales rep very friendly and accomidating but not pushy. She gave us plenty if time and space to look around. She answered all questions. Our order came in sooner than expected

We saw what we wanted on line and went in the next day to make a purchase. Staff greeted us right away and they had our furniture in stock. The process was quick and the excellent delivery was a week later. So efficient!!
