My husband recieved a cpap machine and the customer service was less then helpful. Woman didn't show how to use machine. He was told to just read the manual. He felt rushed and asked about different masks but was told "oh that one's fine that u have and if u don't like it u can get a new mask each month." I've not had an issue with my other order for me personally but they definitely need to be better with customer service on these other items.

I have been trying to get a replacement machine for over a year. These people don’t call you back or respond half the time when the doctors send over what needs to be done. I don’t understand why they can’t answer the phones. Anytime I’ve been inside it’s dead. This is really getting frustrating not having my cpap machine.

They do not anawer the phone and sn sewn luke they do not care if you need help or not . Iam a vet . I would not recommend buying from this place at all. I purchased in the past and made a bad purchase. Can even get replacement parts or what I need. They sold me said we don't carry any more ghosts somewhere else

Your truck license plate 573nqt was in Eugene going 80 in a 55, riding peoples trunks in both the passing lane and the easy lane on the highway, then on the regular roads he cut off at least 4 people causing them to brake.

The two women working here were phenomenal. Samantha and Shyla, (probably misspelling) were so incredibly helpful, understanding and kind to me. I used to manage a store and had to hire people then but I never found anyone as good as these employees are. They provide the kind of customer service that I do, and these days it's incredibly rare. So uncommon. I can't recommend this place enough. And the prices were very reasonable.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! My husband was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and another local medical supply company said it would be a month before they could get him a cpap machine. We contacted Rick's and it was done the SAME DAY!!!! I am extremely impressed and grateful for their kindness and support.

I called before driving from Drain to pick up my supplies, it still took two employees over half an hour to get the paperwork in order. Don't waste your time on these rude people!

I just read some not so good reviews , well I don’t agree. Do not hesitate to call Cory in Roseberg she is amazing. She’s knowledgeable and so helpful with all my medical supply needs. I never worry that my order isn’t right. I know that the order will be complete and on my doorstep in 2 days. Thanks Cory and Ricks Medical

Try calling them. Any location, take your pick. I have $10 against your $50 they don't answer the phone. And I'll be happy to repeat this bet any day or time. I gave one star only because zero isn't an option.

They will not communicate with the doctor's office about the proper wording for the insurance. The dr has sent the documents over four times and Rick's says still not good. They won't tell the doctor want they need all at once, change this. Now change that. They want us to rent equipment that insurance covers do we pay more out of pocket and they get more money.

I wish I had read the reviews for Rick's Medical Supply prior to conducting business with them, as my experience with their service and business practices seems to duplicate the awful experiences of others. What I find remarkable is their total lack of interest in assisting their customers with defective items bought at their store(s). In my particular case they acknowledged the manufacturing defect in the 3-month old item, but could only offer, "We don't provide exchanges or refunds due to Covid restrictions. It's a company policy. But you can call the manufacturer and see if they'll do something for you. And you can always shop online with someone that has a return policy." That bit of advice will certainly be taken to heart and acted on in the future. I hope my comments will prompt others to steer well clear of Rick's Medical Supply stores and find other options for purchasing important medical items. **That's unfortunate because I feel it's important to shop locally to encourage prosperity in the community.

Not very good customer service. Ordered on line for faster, better service. I would not recommend Rick's Medical.
