I rented a nice apartment from RAP. As far as management companies go, I feel they were much more approachable and friendly than others here. They communicate well, they have some of the nicer properties here in roseburg with fair rent prices. And maintain them well.

They seem friendly enough here, although I haven't actually rented anything through them.
