Prompt service and was seen by dr Kubitz. She was thorough, quick and I got everything I needed in very little time. Since I adopted my new kitty from Saving Grace, the initial exam was at no cost!! Very very happy with service, ease of doing business and overall helpfulness and professionalism of all the staff there. Great experience! I wasn't treated like just another customer, they cared about my little kitty and I highly recommend this clinic.

Throughout the time that we were gone, we were texted pictures or videos of our sweet fur babies to let us know they were doing fine which helped us enjoy our vacation more. Saving Grace Pet Adoption Center
450 Old Del Rio Rd, RoseburgAfter saying goodbye to my dog of 16 years, I decided to adopt a new companion. After finding one on their website that I was interested in, I drove up to Roseburg to meet her. I arrived before they opened and the parking lot was completely full except for 3-4 open spots. It took me a few min to realize that all the other vehicles were empty bc they belonged to all the volunteers working there.
Within minutes of entering, they had me meeting the dog I went to see. Unfortunately we didn’t click as much as I thought we would. So I asked to see some of the other dogs. The gal helping me was so knowledgeable about all the dogs she showed me. She was very upfront about any health issues that they noticed, as well as personality traits and overall demeanors of all the dogs she showed me or I asked her about. They can’t control the health or behavior of the dogs, but seeing them be so open about any issues gave me some confidence and assurance that they were ethically trustworthy.
I also want to give the staff praise for being so patient with me as I interviewed the dogs for quite a long time. Whenever I would ask to see a different dog, she never seemed dismayed or frustrated at my indecision. I was there for hours!!
Ultimately, I ended up clicking with a 6 year old male pitty mix. When she said that they didn’t find any health or behavioral issues, I believed her after seeing her being so honest about the issues of the previous dogs. The front desk processed my paperwork very quickly and allowed me to take him home with me. I know this isn’t the case with every adoption, but I think their intuition led them to knowing that he was going to a great home. No kids in the home, no other dogs in the home, large fenced yard, working from home and being around most of the time, and seeing me spend so much time with him before making the decision.
I wish I could remember the names of the two gals that helped me while I was there. They were very personable, honest, and passionate about what they do.
I’ve tried to focus my review on Saving Grace and the staff, but I recognize that it would have been hard to write a bad review after adopting the dog that I did. I got lucky and came home with one of the special dogs that only cone along a time or two in one’s life. They said that it would take him a min to fully adjust and be comfortable in his new home. I’m sure that his colors will continue to surface over the weeks to come, but he didn’t waste any time in attaching to me and feeling comfortable in his new home. I’m VERY lucky to have found such an awesome dog, and I’m thankful that Saving Grace helped us find eachother!!!
