I took my son’s vehicle in the other day for what we thought was an electrical issue. They went above and beyond making sure our concerns were were met. We appreciated their communication and making sure our son’s vehicle was safe for him.

Patriot Automotive is the go to place! I have had an issue with my vehicle and they have been so accommodating with fitting me / rescheduling into their busy schedule and mine! They do not over charge and try to upsell you to fix additional things other than what you’re asking for! They have great customer service as well! So so so thankful for them fixing my car so fast! Highly recommend!

This is Nancy Adam's leaving a review. I called Patriot. A few weeks back about fixing my window and planned on making an appointment to get that fixed. But unexpectedly, my starter went out yesterday.
So? Beings that I already did my homework for automotive and read the. Reviews Patriot, automotive. It wasn't hard to pick a place for the repair. And bonus, when I called the lady I spoke with was kind and actually had a cancelation and was able to get me in right away. So what a blessing? Thank you, Patriot, automotive, and I will definitely refer friends and family .. ❤️❤️

Exceptional service in our time of need.
We were en route to southern California for our granddaughter's college graduation when our air conditioning went (was?) out. With temperatures in the 70's when we left Vancouver we didn't initially realize the problem with the air conditioning. With temperatures near 80 as we neared Roseburg we Googled auto repair shops to determine if we simply needed a re-charge or a repair. Five (5) phone calls later, and a visit to the local Honda dealer resulted in no one able to look at our Acura. The dealership didn't even have a technician available at all???
With each call we made we requested a reference for someone who might be able to assist us. Finally we were referred to Patriot Automotive, and when we called she said, "Bring it in and we will look at it." Patriot was willing to squeeze us in (and were disappointed that no one else was willing to do so considering the circumstances) despite having a FULL calendar--which I observed on the desktop-and nearing closing time. Ian attempted to charge the system and checked pressures, discovering that there was a significant issue with pressures. He believed the problem was the expansion valve based on the pressures (or lack thereof), but did not have an expansion valve for our Acura so could not conduct a repair. He also gave us an estimated price for that repair (in the general neighborhood of $350) for a starting point with whomever we were able to have repair the unit. Ian stated he always starts with the least expensive repair based upon his diagnosis instead of going immediately to a full replacement.
Ian refused to charge us for the diagnosis and work, despite dropping what he was working on to help us.
We returned to Vancouver and swapped out vehicles (we drove our Toyota Sequoia with working air conditioning for the trip into and through the central California valley with temperatures at 105 and 106 degrees-Whew!!!)
We strongly recommend using Patriot whenever feasible (we live too far away, unfortunately). The Roseburg community is lucky to have them.

I gave Patriot a call to have ac check on my new to me suv (for my dog) and they said to just stop by and they will charge it for me it took about 40 minutes and I found out it was over full and a (air actuator??) IS not working properly so the air is going out the defrost??... another fix... but it is cold now ... lol. Very nice people I will be back. ?

I was told by Les Schwab a full set of brakes would cost $700 for my little car, after calling 4 separate shops in town I realized Patriot would be the most cost effective, not only was the price $300 dollars cheaper than 3 other shops but the service was outstanding. I will not go to any other shop in town from here on out. Thank you again for the amazing service on my car.

Air conditioner issue/ 2 places couldn't help but would rebuild for @$2000 and keep car overnight.
Ian found the problem, fixed in @hour and was less than $200.
I have found the only mechanic I will ever need for the rest of my life. Ian and Julie are awesome.

Patriot automotive really helped me out I was driving from Seattle to Long Beach CA when I had issues with my truck and even though they were all booked up for the entire month of March they got me in fixed my truck and had me back on the road in less then a hour and the work was exceptional my truck is still running by great a week later I would recommend patriot auto to anyone and thanks again for getting me back on the road
