My uncle had his idler pulley break which chewed up his serpentine belt. We made it into O'Reilly's and they got us the parts we needed. They gave him a 10% Veteran's discount also. They had tools they let us use to get the job done. Very friendly staff. A++ all the way!

We bought a 2012 Dodge Journey. Half way home the heater won't work. The head lights won't work. There was a wire that had broke and was hanging down. We stopped at O'Reilly in Roseburg, Oregon.Camron came out, founded out several problems and fixed as many as he could. He would not accept any money for all his help.People like him Renew your Faith in humanity.Thank you so very much!Sherry Rogers

I was in a bad pinch late at night and calling this store was my last chance at help. Cameron found a unique part that no one else in town had and set me up for success to go on with my weekend plans and utility trailer! Incredible knowledge and customer service here

Tech at Valvoline recommended I go here to get an after market filter, or advice on how to clean it ect. He said they would help me out. So I went, and I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my entire life. The older gentleman seemed annoyed he had to put his phone down to help me, and when I asked questions he answered in short condescending answers. I have no idea why he is working in customer service, when he clearly doesn’t want to help. I will never go back, and will never recommend this store to anyone. Definitely telling the tech at Valvoline to stop recommending them to their customers.

Great place to get parts they have most things in stock for everyday stuff and are quick on ordering things if you need prices are reasonable for the most part nothing beats Amazon but you never know the quality with Amazon plus they have military discounts and a good rewards program they even price match helped me this truck back on the road

I bought a couple of filters today and the counter service could not have been much worse. A surly big guy, who's shirt identified him as manager ignored me while reading some document. When I told him what I needed he slunked off to get them but stopped to take a phone call for a few minmutes. He returned , still unpleasant, and told me the price. I paid cash and received no parting remark like "thank you' or "have a good one". I will take my business elsewhere.

Leon has amazing customer service he was willing to stay open for us even though his store closed at 9pm just so that we can travel safely we really appreciated his service shows he cares for customers.
