“I Have business account here and I never wait whenever i go to this bank. Always 3 tellers available stand by. The branch manager and banker always very helpful. The bank dont have check pictures on statements, which i need, and they made it possible to print them out monthy and call me when ready to pick up first of the month. That’s why i love credit union over big National bank.”

Before we left a gentleman came in to do a transaction and she noted that what he wanted to do was most likely a scam and to be careful. From everything I heard him say it was 100% a scam and the poor guy still wanted to move forward even after being warned. I felt bad for both of them. He was about to lose some hard earned money and she could see the man about to lose his money and nothing she could do for him. She even gave him a flyer to show him all the scams out there. It was sad to see him going forward and her helplessness to not be able to stop him.”

I didn't even realize i'd been hacked until Wells' Fraud Detection department alerted me. I am so grateful. My accounts were immediately put on hold and a new account was set up. Unfortunately I didn't have the new acct # and I needed access so I wouldn't default on bills set up with auto pay. I went to a regular teller window thinking I'd have to wait for an account manager but Jason (you are a wonderful wonderful person, Jason) was able to take care of all of my questions and patiently set me up so I could start my tedious recovery process. I've been a Well Fargo customer for decades and they have never let me down. Thanks Well Fargo!”

445 SE Main St, Roseburg“Rachel Thompson was out Loan Officer for a home we recently bought in the Roseburg, Oregon area. She was excellent, always on top of paperwork and had answers to questions we might have. Prudy Munson also worked in the office and always answered the phone when we called. This is really important when you're buying a home on a timeline and needed things to go through on time. Rachel has retired but the person who has taken her place has contacted us to make sure we had her contact info in case we needed it. Umpqua Bank has done an excellent job on our mortgage. I would definitely use them again if I needed another loan.”
