It was very nice. Everyone in the office worked together. They worked with other offices well. There were computer problems, but they were able to process my Loan without me having to come back. I would recommend them.

Was in the process of securing a personal loan. Had everything approved until they started asking questions over the phone about previous employers and closed accounts from several years ago. I tried to answer from memory and "missed" a couple of questions from their viewpoint. He said it was underwriting being strict due to fraud cases. He then told me that I did not qualify (even with my credit in the high 700 range). If they ask any questions, be sure to have all of your past dates and employers list in front of you when they do.

You have to pull teeth to find out your interest if you’ve forgotten- you can not find it on a statement or online like any other bank. This alone gives it low star. Then I payed it off with the pay off amount given to me and I still owe yet more!! If you want to feed these owners vacations, dinners, cars etc, go ahead. Ridiculously extreme rate.

Absolutely the rudest people I've ever had to deal with.....Horrible customer service I will never go through this company for a loan again... I cant even call to make a payment and not get treated that a dog... Roseburg is the worst and I've been through a couple loan offices never been treated so rudely...
