I called and was immediately hung up on the first three times, the fourth time I finally talked to a man who was anything but polite. If you don't sell auto parts, then maybe think about changing the name of your business "Ok's Auto Supply" or don't be rude when people make the assumption that you are an "auto supply" store.

When asking the attendant (the assistant manager) for 10$ gas in plus. She was overwhelmed with the amount of cars currently needing gas and filled my tank completely. I could only afford 10$ and made that clear. The manager told me they would make it right. And upon discussing it with them they informed me they would do nothing and I would have to deal with the overdraft fees and any inconveniences because of the assistant managers mistake myself. Poor service with even worse management. The price is not worth it.Go to Costco! I would give 0 stars if I could.

I needed air in a tire I am disabled with a disability placard the employee was to busy having a conversation with another employee and refused me service and told me to do it myself if this is how they treat the diabaled community I'll take my business elsewhere very poor customer service

This is a great little gas station and parts place. The employees are friendly and helpful. It seems I always leave in a better mood. A welcome and refreshing change from the big name chain stations.

F*** this piece of s*** owner and his son Devin. His son shot and killed my brother in law, and wounded my sister and her friend for no reason at all. Didn't even know them. Then when the police went across the street to question the employees at the gas station, they were told the owner said they didn't see anything so they didn't see anything. Hindering prosecution is what that is. Your family will pay bud. I promise
