Do not recommend the storage they have had the gate broken twice now you have to call the customer service to have them open the gate but I’ve called several times and they hanging up The only time I can ever get into the storage if I go early in the weekends It’s been about three weeks since the gates been broken and they haven’t fixed it the last time it took several months it’s been a lot of people going in and putting their own lock on the storage units that are not theirs I got a unit and when I went to go and put stuff in my new unit, there was already a lock on that unit because they don’t have any security or any maintenance people that are watching it they raised their prices But yet can’t manage to fix a gate or have security so people don’t break into your storage I don’t get paid until the time they lock us out of our storage unit they won’t work with you, but when I pay the fee and everything to get the lock off, I still had to wait several days for the maintenance to show up to take the lock off when I called they said there and said there’s not a maintenance person there every day so I have to wait for when the maintenance person decides to show up when asked if I can get another week because I’m trying to move my stuff out and I can’t with the gate being closed was told that I would not be able to get a longer grace pier to get the rest of my stuff out, unless I paid another month due to the fact that I was able to contact them and get it during the day they have no regard or no care that people have jobs and cannot get to the storage unit during the day and by the time that we get off work the customer service is closed so we can’t get into the unit

Travelling from California with a 30 ft travel trailer called on the way great. Price no ability to preview spot... I get it. Purchased a 12 w 30ft trailer spot. Arrived to find only a 10ft spot (we are 9ft) another building in front So no chance to back in without damaging the spaces next on either side. We had to drop it in main yard. They were wacky persistent in moving us into that spot assigned to us. We couldn't fit.Finally spot next to us moved and we got into spot after two weeks.Then we were told we had to move the next day. We are filing small claims if we can't get our money back or an extra month (we just put the cover on for the winter). CRAZY!We have pictures of the spot, measurements and lack of management (they are outside Oregon).Not sure what's up with this place it seemed PERFECT. Wish we could talk to someone but they don't call back. Everyone we talked to was from deep south America.Thanks for luring us here with your promotions. Thanks a lot....: ( Never received a 12 k 30 FYI and we asked to pay more

I liked this place until master key took over. I was only paying $99 a month and just in the last 6 months they have raised my price 3 times and this last time GAVE NO WARNING. I now have to pay $154 for a storage unit that they leave the main gate open for anyone to come in, no ac or heat. Bugs rats everywhere broken tvs and trash everywhere and Noone on site to protect your items. They don't care about you or your items.

Everything is operated remotely. There is nobody on site and all phone numbers listed lead to a customer service rep who is located out of the area. I stored my things here previously when the prior owners were here and had no problems.Now? I’m sitting outside the gate which will not open because their code box isn’t working- I received no email, there is no note or sign indicating that it is not operating (and yet I’m still being charged a full month) and when I called two days ago, I spoke with someone that told me it would be fixed as of yesterday. I’m not sure how long the code box hasn’t been working but I’m beginning to wonder if anyone else even uses these units. When attempting to call today to both numbers listed, there is no answer. Pretty disappointed.

Clean and Secure property. Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service agents. I highly recommend MasterKey Storage for anyone who is looking to store their belongings for short or long term!!

These reviews are NOT for Master Key...they belong to Northwest Storage!!! Perfect example of the new owners fraudulent behavior! Horrible NEW management and contact response! Incompetent and dishonest management to say the least! I would highly advise using ANY storage facility other than Master Key!! Thanks for lying RJ about trying to recover my belongings that you illegally sold, I have it all in your texts...I can't wait to see you in court!

I was totally unsatisfied with their discriminatory behavior and lack of professionalism. I called their phone number two days in advance to set up a time to come in and pay for a storage spot for my RV. The phone call went well, and I was told she was looking forward to helping me. Upon arrival, the owners took one look at my husband and I and decided they would not serve us, a gay couple. I absolutely would not recommend this facility to anybody in the 21st century. There are better places available in the Roseburg area.

The prices are great for the size of the units... The only downside is the man who runs the place; he seems a little creepy. Him and the lady (I enjoy talking to this woman) are very kind, but when my fiancé and I first moved our stuff in, the gentleman stood there and watched. I, as a woman, just felt a little uncomfortable. I try to justify his means, as in maybe he just wanted to make sure us young "kids" weren't putting anything in the unit we weren't supposed to... However, I have always listened to my intuition, and I was just all around uncomfortable, which is the reason for the 1 star. I truly don't like going to the storage unit without my fiancé because of this. Again, they are great prices, kinda nosey, but very kind!! Also, they take like 3 hours (12-3 I believe, don't quote me) for lunch time, but are in the office..... BUT we're not allowed to get our key and go into our unit??

They are so nice and easy to speak with and have always treated me fairly.
