Just had my taxes done for the first time here. Nothing but exceptional service and communication! I even got my forms back in this neat little spiral bound book for easy storage and reference! I highly recommend this place!

Great services are provided at a fair price. I've been getting my taxes done by Delia for 7 or 8 years now. She always gets me a very nice return or helps me figure out why and how much I owe. I appreciate someone telling me how it is when it comes to this kind of stuff, and she always has. Will be going here for as long as I have business needs. Thanks, ladies.

Worst experience with customer service ever. Did not explain fees properly, slow response time, and I left not understanding what was going on and why things were the way they were.

These Ladies are fantastic, they helped me get my taxes fixed and i did a comparison by using HR Block online then went in and I was able to get a much larger return.Thank you all :)JA

Do yourself a favor do not hire this outfit to help you with your taxes or anything else with the government. IRS informs me they made a false report of $6000 income in a year I was not doing business with Nielsen, I hired them to help me Negotiate taxes with IRS, instead they committed me to an instalment payment I could not make while I was unemployed, So never sign a power of attorney to this service
