All my life my grandpa bought parts from Napa....and never got the wrong part. Started going to this Napa recently and its the same. Right part and the best price. Very great group of guys here...and they take the time to research an item. Thank you for great service!

Napa has always been the store that has the biggest selection for me so when I called them to ask and a 32" 2AWG cable, they said they may have them or they will just make one up for us. The best part is they really knew what I was taking about. Thanks to Bob & Chuck we're knowledgeable and capable of doing what you need. They have the experience to do what you need. I highly recommend this Napa and will definitely be back. All the guys working were busy and doing all manner of work. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

Got a starter part for my car and they said one price then charged me a higher price and on top of that when I tried to return the old part the tall skinny man with the white beard and mustache, blue eyes started cussing at me because he was upset over himself but the two ladies deserve a raise!! They helped me and reassured me and gave REAL customer service!! Thank you ladies!!!
