My brother referred me to Metro because I needed a phone for work, being mother's day I wasn't expecting to see a cheerful, sweet, blonde working happily. However the young lady who helped us today, Amanda? She was very insightful, patient, funny, and terrific at what she does. Definitely nice to be treated like a person and not just another sale.

The guy was just locking up for a break when I arrived around 2:30pm. He asked me a bunch of questions as to why I was there without identifying himself. He reluctantly went back in. I was acting on the behalf of my senior client and presented with his credit card statements and his driver license (as advised by the lady I talked to on T-mobile/Metro phone # on credit card statement).Long story short, he told me "I was lucky that he was taking the time to try and help me)". He ended up telling me the only thing my client could do is to cancel his credit card to stop the $25 twice monthly charges that had gone on for 2 months. My client had lost his phone a couple of months ago and it was reported.I was very unhappy with the lack of sincere help to try and resolve my clients issue. Wasted trip for me. When I returned to my clients house, I called CITI Bank for my client and they promptly disputed the charge, and issued a quick credit on his account.

I went in cause I saw there ad on google about get a free phone with a 60 dollar service card, and I was charged 125 for it which the employee a dark long haired guy liedand put me on a 75 month card not thd 60 plus the service sucks i usually with atand t get service where i live but, not with metroby t- mobile the guy scammed me so he could get a amore sales so he could get paid more.

The worse stop you could ever go to they sold us phone's we ended up sucking on every level they have no inventory according to them and did not honor there 14 day guarantee my advice is to avoid this store at all cost they will rip you off

BUYER BEWARE ESPECIALLY SENIOR CITIZENS: The Roseburg Mgr changed my plan which tripled my costs & even charged me for a 1st line activation fee even though I have been a customer for over 7 years without my knowledge or consent when I purchased a new Samsung A14 phone on 25 July 2023. I contacted MetroPCS customer service & they reversed all the charges & lowered my phone plan so that I would not cancel my plan. The Mgr told me that my phone came with a charger, but it did not. I went back to the store the next day thinking the charger was left out of the box but was told by the same manager that Samsung phones do not come with chargers and so I bought a Super Charger which is a dud because it takes between 3 to 4 hours to charge the phone fully. When I bought the charger the top portion of my receipt is printed in English, but the lower half of my receipt was in Spanish. I asked the manager what the return policy was on phones & accessories & he told me 30 days; however, it is really 14 days which I found out when I tried to return the charger. There are no signs posted in the stores stating the Return Policy is 14 days. The manager would not take back the charger & so I asked him to call his manager which he did & Maria the Regional Manager told me that the return policy is clearly stated on the bottom of my receipt. I told her that the bottom half of the receipt was in Spanish & that I do not read, write or understand Spanish to know that it says on the bottom of the receipt that the return policy is 14 days because the Manager verbally told me 30 days. She rudely stated she would not refund or exchange my charger because the MetroPCS store that sells the phones & accessories is privately owned & has nothing to do with MetroPCS. I contacted MetroPCS customer service who tried to help me with the return but there is nothing they could do because they cannot help you with the phone or accessories you buy, they can only assist you when the Roseburg manager switches' your phone plan without your knowledge. After the Roseburg manager sold me my phone, he did not help me set it up because he had to take a cigarette break.

Poor customer service. I added a line,and had to finance a phone to get an upgrade. The finance company is totally separate from metro. I get that. I called in and asked for the info for the finance company,they had no information about it,other than the name. Typical "used car salesman," like attitudes. All sugar,and spice to make a sale,but as soon as you walk out the door," you're on your own,drone!"
