“My husband and I went into Mattress firm in Roseburg to look at mattresses and figure out what we wanted for a bed. Torrie was the employee that night, and she was amazing! She definitely knew her stuff and helped us figure out the right mattress for us. She was very helpful and had alot of knowledge about all of the beds. We went in to just look, and ended up buying the most comfortable mattress with bedframe ever. We appreciate you Torrie! Great customer service, very friendly and easy to talk to, and great experience overall. We enjoyed that it didn't feel like we were just being pressured by a sales person trying to make sales. She actually cared and wanted us to get the right bed for us. We will definitely refer people we know to shop here in the future.
