We were greeted warmly and spent quite some time learning about mattresses from the store manager Torree. We had some pretty specific requests and she was able to point out the mattresses that would offer us what we wanted. It was great to work with her and would go back to Mattress Firm if we have another mattress need.

I'm quite pleased with my purchase from Mattress Firm in Roseburg. Torrie is a great salesperson and handled the sale well. She's polite, attentive, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I intend to recommend anyone go ask for her by name and I plan on going back in the future for any mattress needs. The store is clean, well kept, and has a good variety of product with very affordable prices.

We had first visited Ashley's next door to Mattress Firm. We were shopping for a bed. The salespeople were sitting at their desks and completely ignored us. We left Ashley's and went next door to Mattress Firm where upon entering the store manager Torrie enthusiastically greeted us. Torrie was very knowledgeable and impressed us. We bought the bed and are very happy with it.

The staff was a class act! Not pushy at all. Told me different ways to pay. Showed me the model I wanted. Didn’t try to up sale me at all. Process to purchase was simple and straightforward. Will definitely go back and buy again!!!

We were looking for a CHEAP but not a bed in a box mattress. We visited Ashley and mattress firm. Ashley was far more expensive and charged for delivery. See Torrey at Mattress Firm. She is friendly and well versed in all the products available. No hard sell tactics. She made us feel confident in the quality and price. We didn’t need to look elsewhere. Dorrie took such great care of us. Took the time to show us our options and kept it in our budget. A gentlemen (can't remember his name, sorry) helped load it in the car and was awesome. Made getting a mattress very easy, thank you! Definitely recommend
