I've always been happy with lowes but this last year I have ran into multiple problems. But yesterday and today is just ridiculous. I called yesterday to find out if we could pick up our bathtub on Saturday because we got an email saying the order would be canceled if we didn't get it today. Pretty simple right? First call I was put on hold for 28 minutes. Finally just hung up and called again. Was put on hold, transferred to wrong departments, asked for a manager, they didn't answer and after 25 minutes I finally got someone who could answer my question. Almost an hour just to find out if my tub would be there. So here it is Saturday. We waited 30 minutes at the curbside pickup when a lady asked how long we had been waiting. She said she was on lunch and someone should have gotten it. 20 minutes later she tells us it ready and to pull around by the exit. We get there blocking the rd for prob 5 minutes. She comes out and asked if bought a range? I said no a bathtub. So she had grabbed the wrong item. So my wife is in with her. I'm currently still in the parking lot after an hour if waiting. I'm really starting to think about shopping around more because I'm getting tired of lowes.

I've been to Lowe's a lot in many different places. This Lowe's is clean, well stocked and had very knowledgeable people. Plumbing: I've bought everything for a new bathroom. The guy working was a retired plumber so knew what he was veknowledgeable. I ordered an appliance package from Lowe's, also. There was no problem with items in stock or delivery dates. Cory Hammersley is fantastic to work with on appliances. He really knows his stuff! I recently bought a freezer there. It is nice and was a very good price. It is a brand that I haven't heard of but it's made by one of the bigger companies so I felt comfortable trying it. I definitely recommend Lowe's, especially, for all your major items. The other Home Improvement store in town didn't have things in stock and made ordering appliances a nightmare. I will be back for any home improvement items I need!

Worst customer service I've ever had in my life I'll never go back there. Employees need to be trained better. Nobody knows what the other ones doing bought $1500 refrigerator. They said it could be delivered the next day and then they changed it to the next week. Couldn't live out of my cooler chest for that long so we went to pick it up and it was scratched. Worst service possible here will never go back.

I put the items i had and put them back and walked out. I agree with these reviews the lack of help. Lowe's guess trying to save money by forcing customers through the self check out with little or no customer service. One morning i went early and there was no one to help at the self check out i waited and waited then went to customer service counter to check out. One thing a customer can not do at the self check out by themselves is buy gift cards the processs on the screen is confusing so a cashier is necessary today all the self check out stations were being used the line was long only one gal to handle it all and we had gift cards. finally one opened up and when we asked the gal for help with the gift cards she ignored us and went back to helping others it was more than she could handle when is true customer service going to come back like the check out cashier and the personell in the store to help?

This store internet challenged by both special orders and inventory . Do not count of them having the inventory as shown online or in basket. Staff on phone said the computer changes the inventory automatically even when they update manually. Call before going to store and check building supplies.Otherwise the staff has been ok .

Employees are either too "busy" to help or they just don't know anything about their products. Most are irritated to be bothered. It's a hassle to return something or a hassle to purchase anything that requires them to work.

DON'T EVER GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM LOWES IN ROSEBURG, OR!We've had our LG front loading washer 4 years now, and it quit working on February 16th. We had purchased an extended warranty through Lowes which was supposed to cover parts and labor within the first five years so I was still covered. I thought to myself, "Great! we are still under the warranty through Lowes." So I proceeded to call the sevice people (A & E Factory Service) who then told me they couldn't get anyone out to my house until March 12th! That's almost a month and to me totally unacceptable. I decided to call the Appliance Department at Lowes and see if they could speed this up. They were not at all interested in helping, and blamed the delay on Covid OF COURSE!@ Really! this excuse is no longer working---it's a JOKE! They are using it for everything; when in actuality this is nothing but poor business practice and lack of customer service. The truth is they understaffed and are not taking care of their customers. The warranty cost us an extra $135. if I would have known what miserable service and unprofessional attitude I would receive, I would have never sprung for it. Lowes you are not the only store in town who sells appliances. You, too can be replaced. Signed: A very disgruntled EX-customer!

Great place way better than Home Depot just an overall better feeling the staff is helpful and friendly and I think it's laid out better things are easier to find
