Pros: quick turnaround for my Bronco's first service.Cons: sloppy service tech (left oil residue on the engine cover, vinyl door graphics, and drain valley). Did not actually rotate the tires as the 5k service asked for (and the receipt said it was performed, but I can tell it was not).I'll have second thoughts about returning for future recommended service work here.

Lithia Ford of Roseburg has shown that when servicing of a vehicle at this dealership they do not have to follow guidelines from Ford manuals. This service department is so misaligned that hopefully Ford Motor Company cleans house and brings in new employees/management that have job skills pertaining to work ethics, following Ford Motor Company guidelines for servicing vehicles and have the due respect toward customer's vehicles in completing repairs without babysitting. This review will point out the deficiencies within the service department and the lack of consideration toward helping customers maintain their vehicles per Ford Motor Company guidelines. My vehicle went in for a simple oil change, tire rotation and topping off of fluids - Coolant, power steering, etc. Upon completion I was reassured that all fluids were topped off. Before leaving the dealership I checked to find that the coolant level was at the minimum level. Fluid hadn't been added. The service department had an employee add fluid and as I am watching him with a coolant bottle adding fluid - It wasn't coolant - but just water. When asked - the employee explains - He isn't a mechanic and this water is all that he could find. After reading the owner's manual from Ford, the section titled "Maintenance - Engine Coolant - 6.7 Diesel", It states that it is very important to use prediluted coolant to avoid plugging small passageways. Never add water unless it is due to an emergency in order to reach a vehicle service location. Then drain the cooling system and refill with prediluted coolant. On this vehicle's coolant system it is very important to maintain a concentration level between 48% - 50%. After contacting Ford Motor customer care to have the coolant drained and refilled - Lithia Ford of Roseburg Service Supervisor states to Customer Care that he refuses to pay for that service from which they caused this situation. I am now having to drive to another Ford dealership in Ashland, where they have a more qualified staff to drain & refill the coolant system. Ford Customer Care has agreed to pay for necessary repairs caused by Lithia Ford in Roseburg.

June 10th, on a long road trip from CA to WA I hit a pothole in my Ford EcoSport and drove for the next 500 miles unknowingly on a broken control arm. I thought I just became misaligned, but we noticed the wheel jutting out when we stopped in Roseburg and thank god Lithia Ford was right around the corner. Everyone was so nice and helpful to their best abilities. Looking back, I could have died at any moment driving on this. I really appreciated them giving me a discount on a rental car as a recent college graduate. They ordered the parts for my car as fast as they could (USPS unfortunately had delays, and they could only find my car part in one place across the country). As soon as they could, they got the parts in place, giving me updates throughout my trip over the phone. I can't thank you guys enough for all the you did! Without you I don't know what i would have done.

I saw an ad for a truck photos look good And the price seemed OK. I go down there the truck looks nothing like it did in the photos. There were scratches and dents all over, rips in bed liner, wear and tear all over. idk how they got those photos from that truck. I figured its used i will drive it then decide. I drive it its shaking terribly when I put on brakes, leaking in several places, pulling to left. I asked if they could lower price so I could have their service department fix the mechanical problems. they said they would take $200 off, what a deceptive ad, and a ridiculous offer of $200 off for their service department to fix issues with truck. No good faith here, just deception and unreasonable sales manager.also always look at carfax, they advertised 2 previous owners, carfax said 3. no work done on truck but oil change and battery, they didnt even detail it it was still dirty.

Bought a vehicle for my disabled sister-in-law from them. Had a problem with the rear door latch. Covered under warranty but it took them a very long time to diagnose and repair. They had her bring the car in and did not let her know that they were keeping the car overnight, essentially leaving her without a vehicle for medical appointments the next day until I got the Sales Manager to bring her a loaner after Service closed. This just happened a second time when the same issue arose and the same repair had to made again after a short time. They kept the car overnight again without a call. They say they called to cover their butts but there is no evidence of any calls on a cell phone or an answering machine. The Service Manager does not return phone calls, always complaining that he \

Car was taken in for minor body work. Kept getting it will be done soon. Month and a half later it needs to be cleaned hopefully will be done by end of day. No communication skills from this department.

My elderly parents went in to buy a decent used car from this location. The settled on a decent ford flex after a couple months driving it they realized it was a little to much for them. The perches price was $25,000.00. When they decided to look at another vehicle the dealership they went to were mortified to tell my parents that the total payoff for the vehicle was more then $50,000. They were blindsided that Lithia would have done this to a elderly couple who were just looking for a decent vehicle to get around town in. Way to go Lithia take advantage of elderly people to make your commissions and then expect someone to never find out. If you want a quality vehicle you should never go here. Take the short drive to Eugene and save yourself the hassle. Thankfully my parents have me to be their voice. If ford was smart they would request that their name should be removed from anything to do with Lithia of Roseburg.

This was a nightmare with the Roseburg Lithia Ford. I took my vehicle in because someone did a hit and run in the rear of my vehicle. It took forever but I had witnesses on who hit me. So their insurance which is SAA was a living nightmare along with their contracted company they are with Lithia Ford. SAA Insurance gave me a rental car but it took 6 months to get into the Ford dealership body work Dept. I get in finally and they keep my vehicle for two and a half weeks and they did not complete the work when they returned my vehicle. Ford was waiting for a taillight on top of that I was upset and told them they need to fix the bumper and they said they would fix it in a few weeks and they will do it in a day. They lied! Yup! So Now I am without a rental car and they had my vehicle in the shop for four days. So four days without a vehicle and then when I get my vehicle back the rubber in the bumper was not replaced they put the old one back on. Ford takes shortcuts. I am livid! I will be filing a report against their company and the SAA company for having a contract with Ford. This is unacceptable! I would not of even given them a star. So Ford will be hearing from me. They never even apologized. So please do not take you vehicle to Ford use a company they does not cheat or cut corners and does the job right.

Worked with John Pepler to buy a vehicle and have it sent all the way to Texas. Was very easy to work with, made everything simple and hassle free. The finance team set everything up so I really only had to sign the docs, and car was mine! Thanks y'all for a great car buying experience.

the finance manager Will was unprofessional. Needed proof of residency but i was moving to a different place which i stated on the loan app and to the sales person. moving in with family so i had no official way to prove it yet. Had to get some BS basically fake residency rental agreement with my family member. I couldve used mail or whatever but i have nothing in my name there. anyway with a little back and forth i sent him the info he needed. I proceeded to ask him if he got the email with the proof. Nothing, i texted and emailed him asking for almost 2 weeks and he never replied. I even texted my sales person but he never replied either.... He was amazing up untill that point. all i wanted to know was if he got it and if that was enough proof for the bank. How hard is that? Apprently really difficult. Would NOT recommend buying here unless you dont plan on moving in the near future lmfao. What a joke. Thanks Will for the bad customer service and professionalism

Spent 2 days with sales person explaining what we wanted in a special ordered Ram truck. Was very specific with the order! It arrived without something we specifically requested. Dealership would not correct the mistake.

I have been without a personal vehicle since before Covid. We had been traveling with a travel trailer so couldn't bring a second car so sold it before leaving. Then, the chip issue drove the prices of used cars through the roof. I just wanted a car to go shopping and driving the back roads hunting blackberries. We stopped by Lithia Ford to check cars but didn't see anything special until they brought one around that they just got in. It is a 2018 Ford Focus with only 26,000 miles. We worked with Cliff -who was absolutely wonderful. 5 stars for his knowledge and help. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. It has been a few weeks and the car is working wonderfully. I definitely recommend Cliff and would definitely go back to Lithia to work with him. Thank you, Cliff!!
