I have been waiting for months for them to call me and say my cpap machine is ready to pick up. I have called them 4 times and they look around to try to find the paperwork and they say they will call me back but they never do. I’m really tired of begging them to sell me a cpap machine.

Was on vacation in coos bay oregon when husbands ventilator decided not to work, coos bay people came out to help but could, had no such machine, got ahold or Roy in roseburg through customer care service, which was great by the way, Roy meet one of coos bay people in bridges New years day so my husband could lay down and sleep, can't do that without machine, thumbs up to everyone, special ty to Roy, think we were still on phone around new year ringing in, thank you all very muchDebbie

Ariana and the wonderful ladies at Lincare went above and beyond to help me get everything that my client needs with no issues. I have been trying for over a year to get her everything she needs and have always received push back. This was the first time that everything ran smoothly and the ladies were not bothered at the fact that I'm on top of following through on items that she needs. They did not get irritated with the phone called.It's also very convenient to get everything you need under one roof.

To whom it may corcern I would like to give 5 stars to lin care helped me with oxygen when I NEEDED it now since Amedisys home health discharge me when they should not have because Ihave Ibecause no one to help me and I still have an open wound with a wire mesh showing Lin care has recently started ordering supplies so Igo there Roy and Chris has bent over backwards to get what Ineed they are much faster to order it one day and get it next day or two as to where the other place took three took four to six days yae LIN CARE SUE

I am loving Lincare! I transferred my CPAP supplies just recently. Whenever I've called, staff has been very helpful, efficient, and professional. In setting up my account, they called to let me know I was eligible for a new machine. They established my insurances for my account prior to picking up my new machine. The respirational therapist was very thorough explaining the machine. Glad I switched!

Always greeted with a smile when I stop in the Roseburg office to exchange my bottles. Sometimes, they are busy, and I have to practice patience and wait my turn.

I have been on hold for 4 hours & 13 minutes trying to speak with billing... I don't believe the government takes this long...Maybe it's because Lincare owes me money and I don't owe them, I don't believe so becasue I haven't even been able to speak to someone to tell them why I am calling. Either way tho, it is a complete fail from a major portion of this company and they have been like this for years and never have changed or improved. I personally haven't used this company since June of 2022, just because of the wait times to speak with someone, hence the overpayment. We switched to Rick's Medical Supply instead and never have received a bill before medicare has been billed. Plus I have always been helped promptly when I've called them with any questions or needed 8service.

I can not fathom how it is that this co.pany can so blatantly neglect care for those they've agreed to provide proper care for. It would seem to me based on this companies history or purposeful neglect that this neglect is perhaps intentional. This company disgusts me. Prove otherwise to Maybe change my mind.

Dropped our equipment off over 3 months ago and they are still charging me. I call and they refuse to help me then hang up on me!! I guess I need to call my bank to stop them from stealing my money.

Delivery van driver turned on its high beams behind me after I passed them on hwy very dangerous. I almost wrecked be cause I was blinded and couldn't see. Your suppose to have your high beams on, then as a car passed you turn the high beams off ,not the opposite.Makes me think he purposely tried to blind me. WOW . Crazy they work in the medical industry, and deliver to people's houses.

I cannot understand all the negative remarks. My experience was excellent. Called in morning with problems with my oxygen concentrator. Nice lady on the phone sent out a wonderful young man that replaced my equipment, was done by noon. Professional in all the ways that count when you are not feeling great. 1/25/22Got out of the hospital months ago .their ox concentrator worked fineYesterday i scheduled for them to pick it up today , doctor says that i don't need it anymore , lady was niceWas told to stay home between 10 am and 2 pm , and somebody would be by to pick it up , i said OKIts now 6 PM nobody has come by , or contacted me .What is your thoughts ?
