I think Travis did an awesome job pulling out are old bath tub and putting in are shower insert. And he was very professional and did it in a timely matter

Extremely disappointed with Chris and the people he hires. After a 1/2 deposit down of nearly $9,000 a subcontractor came and performed substandard work. After 1.5 weeks of seeing bad go to worse, we had work stopped. Everything requires repair/replacement : the window, sub floors, plumbing, sheet rock with texture, shower pan and bathroom door. (That’s as far as he got). Chris came out immediately after work stopped and agreed poor work was performed. No amicable agreement was made. Bottom line: almost $9k gone to wreak a 9x5 bathroom. So, if you’re thinking of using this company for your bathroom remodel, Buyer Beware. Filing a complaint with BBB and going to small claims. I may be contacted for further details if desired.

I stopped in yesterday to ask for a quote on a new bathroom in a guest house. I was wearing my mask and I have been vaxed. When I stepped in the front door a woman can over wearing no mask and when I ask her please put one on, she refused and told me she had not been vaxed, but she had covid and was safe. That is just not so. I told her no one works on my property without proving vaccination and must were a mask at all time around anyone. Not very smart for a business that would like to survive and win customers that are ready to spend money.

what a nightmare! Lack of communication, lost flooring, found flooring, multiple starts and cancelations. Empty bathroom, another cancelation and unknown start...but we will be called in a day or so for new start date. Grrr. Not many options in this dinky town but anyone is better than this company!

Great company to deal with. Didn't lie to me once or put off the job, in fact their installer gave up his weekend to get mine done. I am so grateful for their quick response words alone just can not do. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

A Positive experience from start to finish! We've done a lot of building and remodeling over the years and it can be very stressful. But working with S.O.H.R was just the opposite! From the time William arrived to give us an estimate, the times I stopped in and spoke with Sara to ask questions and verify points of the contract, and Travis arrived to complete the work everything went as planned and on time as promised! Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional and made it clear that their goal was to make their customer happy with the results of their work!
Highly recommend this company!

3 weeks after signing the contract, two missed appointments, no scheduled work started, we mutually agreed to walk away from the project. Umpqua Stone completed the work in 7 calender days, did a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves, and were ahead of schedule at every point! We dodged a bullet, not going witb Bath Planet!
