“The office is well laid out with a professional and courteous design. The parking can be tight directly infront is the office, but a person can choose to park in Albertson's parking lot and make the easy walk to the office. Jody is a fantastic adviser with lots of knowledge and the branch office administrator, Tara, is fabulous at her job. Living out of state and having time difference issues is challenging, but Jody and Tara seem to come through and make a difficult task of connecting seem easy. I recommend this branch to anyone seeking financial advice. These two professionals are top-notch individuals in their fields and will impress the most discerning of clients.”

“I've never had any trouble at this branch - everyone has been friendly, courteous and very helpful. Recently my social security number was compromised. I didn't even realize i'd been hacked until Wells' Fraud Detection department alerted me. I am so grateful. My accounts were immediately put on hold and a new account was set up. Unfortunately I didn't have the new acct # and I needed access so I wouldn't default on bills set up with auto pay. I went to a regular teller window thinking I'd have to wait for an account manager but Jason (you are a wonderful wonderful person, Jason) was able to take care of all of my questions and patiently set me up so I could start my tedious recovery process.
