I wanted to give no stars but did not give me that choice. They canceled my appointment the night before and then made me an appointment at there other location three weeks later and then cancelled it at 5:00 the night before and was going to schedule me another one two weeks later so I said NO as I was afraid they would cancel me again. I made one with Liberty instead. Never again will I go to H & R Block
