Went to them after another body shop said they were 3 months out on repairs. Called and set up an appointment for inspection. The next day went out, had pictures taken, and parts ordered. Also asked about a quote for a door repair I had needed done. The quote was very reasonable, so they ordered that part as well. About a week later, they called saying the parts were in and that they could begin repairs. Dropped the car off, and they said that they would give me updates once or twice a week. Took about 3 weeks for repairs, which was less time than they initially thought, even though there was more damage than expected, so that was very nice as well. Got updates every week, letting me know the progress, which was appreciated. Day before pickup, there was a SNAFU with my insurance, which they called me immediately about, and was able to get resolved within 15 minutes or so. Car looks great, the door is repaired, and they even buffed my headlights so I can see better at night. Great people to work with, very clear communication, would highly recommend to anyone that needs body work done.

We took our truck into this shop for an insurance claim. They took a while which honestly was expected. Once we received the truck back, we inspected it at home. Things that should've been replaced were not. They replaced the brush guard on our truck and it was extremely wiggly. They broke clips that hold on the grill. They re-ran the fog lights on the brush guard leaving bare wires exposed (HUGE FIRE HAZARD). The tire that was damaged during the accident was not replaced and has large gashes in it and the wheel is breaking apart. They broke the housing for the passenger side headlight. They didn't even properly hook up the batteries! The list just keeps going on and we expect to just keep finding things at this point. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Brought my car in after being rear ended, as they were one of the body shops on my insurance's list. So glad I did. They were courteous and a pleasure to work with. The job was done in a timely manner once the replacement part was received. We did a walk around before leaving the shop making sure I was satisfied with the repair. Brought my car in after being rear ended, they were extremely friendly and gave my car an accurate and fair estimate. They also helped me out with the insurance company too so overall satisfied!
