Stay away from Badland winch's, Bought a zrx 12,000, have used it twice and the control box is bad. Had to order a new control box, 12 to 16 weeks to get, maybe....The amount of money you pay for these, you'd think they would have the parts on hand or have the stock in a warehouse. Should have just went with a Warren....

Broke down and they had almost everything I needed i needed to finish was nuts and bolts, they had the tools to do the job, the work even look up online for the bolts for me

Rude for the second time. First time I was bald from cancer, second time today I tried to talk to the cashier who was rude and dismissive. I also called and talked to the manager who was also rude and short with me. He said "I told you I'll take care of it."
