Incredibly rude pharmacist over the phone. In person, the staff always seem really impatient and don’t care at all about your needs or concerns. Won’t be using them again.

Takes too long for refills. Ive never seen a company that requires a customer base to function but doesn't rotate lunches to accommodate customer traffic so they just close for an hour, then get backed up further and act like its the customers that are the issue. Smh. Takes an entire day to get scripts filled and it shouldn't and cant get anything else done because it takes too much of my time for ONE trip. Learn how to run a business.

Abit slow sometimes but the stuff is usually pretty nice. There is one person that works there that is more robotic than the others. But I don't really have a problem with this pharmacy.

My auto refill is never correct. When I do call do have a refill it is 3 days to refill. I have been told that I have no refills and I need to contact my provider when the bottle says at least 3 refills. I’m not sure what is going on with the pharmacy but I’m constantly frustrated.

Heres a little shout out to Tyler and Matt the all stars of our shining roseburg Fred Meyers store! When in doubt, just shout them out! They were here to help when needed and in crisis of what kind of brownie mix to get. When my favorite mix was out of stock, I thought I was going to leave the story empty handed. Little did I know, the two batman and robin worked together and made the perfect mix for my needs. I had no idea I had that possibility in from of my own eyes. I want to thank Matt and Tyler so much for this whole new life experience and their great customer service! They need a promotion! :)

One member of staff has been repeatedly very rude and condescending every time I call. She acts as though everything you say is a huge inconvenience to her and makes it seem as though you have no idea what you’re talking about. She cuts you off mid sentence and is somehow surprised when she doesn’t understand what you’re calling about.

This store has by far the worst customer service that I have ever seen!!! It feels like most people that work there don't like their jobs. Having to ID everyone regardless of age for not only beer/wine purchases but for lighters as well!!! What a joke!! Very sad that Kroger bought Safeway/Albertsons. I hope Winco comes soon!!! They will be taking over the end of 2023 according to Safeway employees. Just because they remodeled their store, doesn't make them any better. Can't put lipstick on a pig and expect it to not be a pig.

Fred Myer has a new customer me. I shopped there for the first time last week. I had parked at the VA next door and used my elect. wheelchair to use at the VA. I needed a new elect razor so drove my wheelchair over to F M to obtain one item which could Carry on my lap. An employee obtained for me a small basket that would fit on my lap which I filled with every employee going out of their way to helping me by showing me where things were or by reaching them for me. At checkout much more help above and beyond. I could not carry the bags on my chair. They obtained a push cart filled with my order assigned a clerk to watch the basket while I returned to the VA parking lot to get my car.Returned to FM where my order to my car and unloaded in my car. Another great surprise was that the employees were allowed to say "Merry Christmas" which so many stores won't allow. I thank all again and a Merry Christmas and a great new year.

I have been using Fred Meyer while living in Oregon on and off for 15 years-and just recently more often now that I live here. The store is a superstore style. It has both groceries, pharmacy, clothing, some furniture and home decor. The quality and selection is decent. I have bought a couple pairs of Levi's, small dishes and groceries from all sections. While I don't buy everything at Fred Meyer's, it's handy having everything in one location. I definitely recommend Fred Meyers and will be back.

So we were at Fred Myers the other day. Going down a one way isle and an elderly man in a sprinter van was in front of us. He proceeded to park in a spot to small for him so his whole back end was blocking the driveway. The truck behind him could never pull out. My mom yelled at him like you can't park there. He proceeded to be at least 110 years old and looked like he shouldn't be driving. We had to reverse and go out the isle through two spots. No one could go down the isle. Not one car. You people and your giant vehicles need to just park a mile away. You don't fit in normal spots

I was in area I needed a chase bank and a birthday card. This is the first time in this store. They literally had everything. There was a jewelry store,pharmacy,chase bank, and groceries. You can literally find everything here. The store was very clean and everything well stocked. This is definitely a must go to.
