Go to return a package told the lady i can not get the pdf to pull up she said I have to print label myself and bring back before they will take it asked the lady u can't just scan this? Nope and I can't print but u can go down the street and pay to do it!!! Worst customer service ever i may as well deliver it myself at this point smh

The delivery drivers that deliver down Fisher Rd are terrible. RUDE and LAZY. Drop off packages at road, not front door…sometimes tossed. The speed limit down the entire road is 35. They drive 50 plus. There are children and animals.

They are THE WORST delivery people ever, I'm pretty sure they got their tactics from Ace Ventura ?. They have literally left packages on the hoods of our cars, or just randomly on the lawn. We have also put up a sign stating to please place packages inside our entry way door (the equivalentof a covered porch), as it is a shared entrance, & I watch them on our cameras reading this sign & then blatantly ignore it.

We are fed up with fed ex. They delivered our package to someone named Cooper here in Yoncalla. We are Cassano. Cooper signed for it. We ordered another one and it was supposed to be here yesterday. We are still waiting today. Your couriers are not doing their job. It is wasting our time and costing the sellers money giving refunds. Do you not read the complaints! I wish all sellers could eliminate you.
