Driver will not leave package. As per his notes.senders notes.and the sign on the door. will not leave door tags. So how do we know??not the first time either

Refused to ship my package because it was going to a P.O. box.... I've been shipping to P.O. boxes from this office for over a year, suddenly it's not possible? Then the employee has the audacity to ask me to pay for things even though she refuses to ship it?

The staff is friendly, but they are closed on Saturday, and they will only print your return label if you have a QR code. They will not allow you to forward the label email like the UPS store.

I paid a lot of money to have a package delivered over night by noon. Package didn't arrive until 5 pm. Wouldn't even give me a partial credit for a ruined business meeting.

Friendly place, ample parking.I suggest if you are returning an item prepaid that you screenshot the QR code as internet is extremely slow..

I mostly use FedEx. No issues unless I have to sign for it. But then I could just go and pick it up.

They're not letting customers in at this time but someone did come out and helped me with what I needed to track down a package that I had no tracking # to. So he went above and beyond for me.

I've never had an automated phone system be so useless. And when it finally allows you to talk to a real person, they barely speak English and aren't anywhere near you. I would deal with USPS if I wanted to be this mad
