Absolutely terrible treatment to their patients, especially behavioral health. It's unfortunate that there's not something better in Roseburg, you're better off finding an individual provider or heading up to Eugene.

I have nothing nice to say about the experience I have had with the doctors for the past 4 yrs. I feel as if they are a low budget group of doctors. Roseburg got the rejects that nobody else would take on. I would not recommend Evergreen Family Medicine

A wonderful experience! Having recently moved Roseburg, this was my first appointment with Evergreen. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the doctor was thorough and kind. It was very convenient that the lab for bloodwork was right downstairs at the same location. My entire family will be using Evergreen. ?

One of the PA-C's was super persistent on asking me for very personal unsettling information that had nonthing to do with the care I was receiving.

Dr are too busy to properly care for patients, so you end up back into the office in a short time, which they like because it's more money for them.

I was seen by Lori Hart. Very rude. I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Gave me no answers to my questions or problems. Do not recommend seeing her.

Both the clinic and the doctors upcharge billing to those insured. Meaning, they take certain words I.E. blood sugar, heart, breathing, Covid Ect… with these words, it changes a billing visit from simple to level 2 or 3. In turn, your bills triples or quadruples. I’ve had several per-diem employees convey and confirm this information.I was told they have a revolving door of employees going/leaving, due to the the money first agenda, very disturbing..

Good service. Doctors seem to be knowledgeable and pretty competent.

My doctor is an excellent practitioner who delivers excellent treatment. One ongoing frustration is that one must followup closely to make sure the ancillary staff follow through with sending the doctor's orders where they need to go, lab, drugstore, etc.

I've had great experiences with front desk staff, etc but it often feels as though actual providers are in a huge hurry and don't have time to really listen to my concerns. It also feels like I've been brushed off or flat out ignored on some issues... I've basically come to expect the absolute worst care from them... they all seem like nice people... so maybe it's the policies they're working under... IDK but the time spent on each patient is a ridiculously sad, small amount of time.

From check-in to seeing the Doctor, I can't express enough how I feel about the service and care I have received at Evergreen Family Medicine. The staff are all so friendly and willing to go the extra mile in order to help facilitate whatever it is you need at the time. Dr. Patterson is so kind and such a great doctor that my concerns I feel, are all taken care of upon seeing him in each visit. I appreciate the professionalism and willingness that is exhibited on an ongoing basis. Thank you so much!Richard A. Ebinger

On August 10th I had an appointment with the endocrinologist Clyde. Where in this appointment he was mad my insurance wouldn't approve a medication "he knows they approve". He screamed at me that I would just keep getting fatter and fatter because of the medication my primary prescribed to me. After filling out a complaint form twice, once in writing, which they lost and then again via their website. I am still being charged for the appointment because as the person who called me said "he showed up". At my first appointment with this endocrinologist, he wanted me to choose my own medications, I thought that was his job, but what I do know is, it isn't my job and I didn't go to school to prescribe my own meds. As far as I can tell this place doesn't care if you get actual medical care or not, just that the doctor "show up" so they can bill you and you not actually get medical treatment, just being berated and yelled at until you leave.

My one star rating only pertains to my last visit, which was Sept. 1, 2023, when I saw Dr. Pamela Anderson (who is actually an Osteopath, noted for believing everything is mind body related, in this case I would never have chosen to see an Osteopath). I am a 72 year old, successful, educated woman and until the first week of July of this year my health had been excellent, I had had no need for medical care in the preceding 5 years, but I do have a history of Pericarditis, severe gastro intestinal issues and thyroid issues. Before coming to Roseburg I was blessed with having a top internist as my primary care doctor, who saved my life at least twice, with his persistence and quick thinking. When I arrived in Roseburg I requested an Internist for my primary, but couldn't get one and settled on Dr. Britian Parrish, who for the most part has been fine, as long as you don't need care quickly. It can take up to 3 months to get into see her, even if you are very sick.During the first week of July, I began to suffer severe chest pains, shortness of breath and high blood pressure. I was in the ER twice and went to urgent care once. I did see Dr. Parrish once during this time and she verified the blood pressure problem and ordered a stress test. After going to the ER the second time they were able to get me into a Cardiologist who did an Angiogram, up until this point, the treatment was slow, but OK. Note: I had reached a point where I had trouble walking to the end of my driveway and was basically house bound. Neighbors even came over and cooked for me, I was so sick. Before my Angiogram my doctor ordered blood tests, these tests showed a high TSH level (indicating an underactive thyroid) (about 60% above the normal range) and high Metamyelocytes, which are a type of white blood cell, that can indicate many conditions, including infection, inflammation and cancer. I saw my Cardiologist on the 31st of August, one day before seeing Dr. Anderson. I asked about my Thyroid which can wreck havoc with ones heart and he said he didn't want to prescribe the medication, because it needed to be monitored and that was the primary physicians job. I understood this and agreed. Now we come to the visit with Dr. Anderson. IMO she treated me like I was 15 year old idiot. One of the first things she said is you seem stressed. I said Yes I am stressed. She didn't ask why I was stressed (I was stressed because I had been so sick for the preceding 6 weeks). I told her I would like to get a prescription for thyroid medication and I also asked her about the high Metamyelocytes in my blood. She proceeded to tell me she had many patients present with a higher TSH than mine and they got by. Then she told me they only considered Metamyelocytes in Cancer patients (which I wasn't one) and the test was probably wrong. So I said "so you won't prescribe thyroid medication?" and she said somewhat gleefully. NOPE! I won't do anything for you, you are simply stressed out, calm down and you will be fine. She even added that I probably had no idea what my blood pressure was (my cardiologist had had me monitoring it daily and Dr. Parrish had been concerned). It was a surreal visit!Needless to say I will no longer be an Evergreen patient and as a warning to Evergreen, I will say, your Dr. Anderson is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Just had an appointment with Dr Jackie Johnson in Myrtle Creek. She was exactly what I was looking for with my health care. I have some real unique medical history and she seems just perfect. A breath of fresh air.
