So I just went in for a quick couple of things and the place was a wreck. The lady couldn’t even count change and she looked high af. Everyone in the store including the employees were all methed out.

Staff could be more friendly store could be better organized and less of a accident hazard as there are often many and staff tend to be incredibly rude for no reason other then they don’t like the way you look. It’s quite disgraceful

The new guy there is awesome and extremely helpful I didn't catch his name the one with the cloud hat but was able to help me find my cat a better brand of cat food that's way better for her I'm glad they're finding better employees to work at this store

Employee was rude and strange told me they didn't need me to come in there store . I have no idea why ? I wasn't even in the store I was waiting for my boyfriend in our car outside while he was inside. It's almost a full moon so there's that on her behavior. ?

I waited about 5 or 6 minutes for an employee to get off the phone and check out my items. When they did, they were still on the phone. This person seemed to be arguing or complaining when they were on the phone. They used hand signals for me to hand over my items and money. Very unprofessional and rude.

Love this store. Always has what i need or looking for. Each dollar general is a little different, one might carry other items you need than the others.

This is a great place for those this and that that you need around the house. You have to be careful though because when you go in for three or four things you end up coming out with a whole basket full LOL

The sign on the door shows masks required yet no employees wear masks. This is for the protection of others not because you might be uncomfortable. I will never go in again.

Excellent place to shop in Sutherlin Oregon since we really don't have many choices in our small town I'm happy dollar general came here
