It looks like their customer service has not improved, filed roadside assistance through our insurance and they accepted the request but when my husband called to confirm and they said "pass" no further explanation and went on to tell him "not my tow, not my problem." Apparently they don't need any business.

The lady on the phone was so rude. She hung up on me. Terrible service. Do not use them.
