I needed a set of tires for our horse trailer. I stopped in and discussed options with Matt, and we set an appointment for Saturday. I arrived early with our trailer and Chris helped me park in the correct place. Bryan B. and Robert checked me in. I got a call from Bud , the Manager, and he voiced some concerns about the tires we agreed upon. After a short discussion, Bud said he would do a bit more investigating and if there was a problem, he would call. He decided that the tires were correct for our trailer. I had the opportunity to discuss everything when I picked up our truck and trailer. We love the tire center at Costco, and the excellent staff there. MANY THANKS TO: Matt, Bud, Chris, Bryan, and Robert for being there for us, and providing amazing service.

Their like family here. However it gets Packed on the weekends. Yes it’s Costco, but Nampa’s is busy?. Must say it’s always in an orderly fashion when checking out. Helpful and they go above and beyond.

Been a member since 2010. I think it's time to move on from Costco. As with everything on the world today things just keep getting worse. Tired of the lower standards at this place.
