Just would like to say the review by "Penny P" is utter bull sh**. I don't work at this location but I've worked at others- it's impossible to "delete" coverage in the pharmacy- it's looked up when prescriptions are processed if there's nothing there, and can be easily added. And if you don't work back there there is no way to even access it. It's illegal and no pharmacist would allow it- total lies. And also impossible to buy something discounted and return for profit- the discount you paid is saved to your membership number, you'll be refunded what you paid, or not at all if your number wasn't used to buy it. Not sure the story why this ladies making up lies- Revenge? Schizophrenia? Anyway, name dropping people at their place of work on yelp and making up lies is kind of evil. Clearly some Karen out for revenge. Please ignore it.

I went to Costco in Roseburg today and only had 2 items in my basket, went up to the self service checkout with my card in my hand and there was a man there saying he needed to see my Costco card (after I showed it at the door and have to show the machine too) He grabbed it out of my hand and broke my card in half. He was such an asshole to me, like him yanking my card out of my hand was my fault. If this happens again I will quit going to Costco. Thanks for listening Mark Little

Never go to this place, the two asshole who work in the optical department. Where extremely rude, and condescending. They should be fired for the way I was treated. I'm the customer I have rights.

Sheryl Black and her Daughter Breana have used their position at Costco to manipulate the pharmacy files. when they don't like someone they have often changed the coverage in the computer. Sheryl is known for manipulating situations to her advantage. she has had people buy things on her discount then bring them back for larger refunds. its sad how employees can give a business such a bad name and use their employment to manipulate situations. I hope she finally gets investigated

Stopped here to get gas, the gas attendant was very unfriendly and seemed very uninterested in helping us by putting fuel in our vehicle. No greeting and no inquiry as to fuel preferences. The gas attendant just stood there with a blank look on his face. Of course we will return to use our account to purchase fuel, this type of experience hopefully will not be repeated.

Recently Switched from My Long time Pharmacy.I had put off switching because I liked the drive thru aspect of my Old Pharmacy But the service Has went downhill fast since the long time Pharmacist retired.Other than not having a drive thru & having to stand in long lines sometimes, which Kicks up the Neuropathy in My Legs the staff has been great & very Kind. They don't act rushed or flustered which is nice. The prices even without insurance is very reasonable. It would be nice if they had a Number tag system so that people can sit while waiting in the sometimes long lines.

We went to this Costco twice while in Roseburg and it wasn't crazy busy, it was really nice. The store was clean, organized and staff was really friendly!

I was in dire need of some food and I stopped at Costco for that delicious 1.50 hotdog! It was so amazing and satisfied my needs!!!

Costco is a membership warehouse club. Their motto is they are dedicated to bringing our members the best possible prices on quality brand-name merchandise. They I have to say they do a good job. While Costcos vary a bit due to the location, they usually have the same goods from one Costco to the next. Items have to pass the test before being sold in a Costco and if something stops selling, it's out the door. You can tell if an item is lowered in price and being discontinued if the price ends in a 7. If your favorite items are discontinued, you better stock up because it will be gone soon. The best part of Costco is they have samples so you get to try items before buying. I look forward to trying the samples. I've gotten new favorites that way-and it's like a scavenger hunt going from one department to the next, only tastier! We buy most all our paper products and meat from Costco. We buy enough, it seems to make the membership fee well worth it. Plus, you can't leave Costco without fueling up with gas (best price around) or getting a rotisserie chicken or a hot dog & soft drink! They are the best deals of all!
