“Dream center is a great place for support and dedication to the community, it's sad that the community is so poor, they are having to get food thathastobeeatenrightaway orit goesbadby theendoftheday.. . it's the community.. there are funds somewhere but I don't see them going to the programs to help the community ?.. but Dream center is full of people who really care about you all.

“My days are very busy and hectic. I've been a patient of Avivas for one year now. This is after Advantage dental butchered me and lied and drug a single simple extraction out. Ok not so simple i find out when they started taking out a fully exposed wisdom tooth. I have long roots so they were embedded in the jawbon. Advantage took 1 out and said he got them all. A week later I knew something wasn't right. I went back to Advantage and they informed me I had dry socket so bad I was in full systemic shock. They packed what had become a quarter sized hole layed wide open exposing the bone which by then had green and black stuff growing on it. Then they gave me an antibiotic prescribed for yeast infections. The Dr. Assured me it would all be better in 2 to 3 days. That was the 3rd lie I had heard enough.
So I went to Aviva(sorry for the long pro-log)
Aviva was much more honest and was able to get me in within a reasonable amount of time 7 days instead of advantages 3 or 4 months at advantage. Advantage even refused to send a copy of the xrays on 3 seperate occasions. Aviva was so compassionate they took aset of xrays themselves after getting the blurred copy of xrays advantage finally sent them. Clearly showing the other 3 root tips that were very painful.
I can't put into words just how much of a difference it was. Took advantage 2 years to butcher me. Then Aviva referred me to a Dr. James Savage in Grants pass. In one year they took out another impacted wisdom tooth and an unexposed upper wisdom tooth, oh not to mention those 3 root tips. 1 year to the month ago I switched to Aviva. I was ready to give them a perfect 5 star review. Until like I said my days are busy. But at 430-5pm I can get the business hours only stuff done. Even my bank works right up til the time they close. Aviva loses a star for on more than 1 occasion I call at 5 they close at 6 or at least they advertise on thier website they close at 6 and will just leave me on hold for an hour, or they just disconnect me. And force me to leave a message on a Thursday that they won't even get to until Monday cause they need 3 day weekends if not 4 every weekend. If they do call back 2 or 3 days later they let it ring once and even when I get it on first and only ring they hang up. So the whole press 2 if your tired of being on hold thing is broken. If you need to ask a question or verify appointment and don't get free time until 5. Your best bet is to go in person. Cause they won't answer the phone. Other than that I can't compliment them enough. I'm 54 and have been dreading this my whole life. I feel very fortunate I came to Aviva when I did. But not answering phone during business hours on more than 1 occasion that's almost 2 stars. But ill give them 4 due to the excellent work Dr. SAVAGE did and they are very nice and cordial in person. I would refer them to family and friends”

(this was what I said 10 years ago... still true but we are starting over!) covid kind of paused our membership with life changes... but we just rejoined and it has been amazing to be back! Feels like family and community and my body is deliciously sore!”
