Great place to go get parts for your Toyota. They did an excellent job for me on the last 3 vehicles I have bought at Clint Newell, helping me buy and install quality accessories for my trucks. Go see Cameron he has worked there for many years and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend him and the other staff to help you complete your vehicle with whatever extras you are thinking about buying. They use quality parts and have many different options for you. I will definitely be back to purchase more in the future.

The body shop people are HORRIBLE. I've never had a worse experience in my life! Rude, unhelpful, and they "fixed" my air conditioning. Well guess what? They didn't fix it it's blowing hot air in 100+ degree weather AND it sounds like a space ship about to take off. HOW IS THAT FIXED?? And when I tried to get it back in they got RUDE and MEAN and said "sorry not our problem" are you KIDDING ME? You got my money and now you're done with me. Nice. WORST BODY SHOP, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't waste your time go to Medford or LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Not sure what I expected they couldn't even put on the estimate "AIR-CONDITIONING" and got snotty when I asked if they could actually put what I'm coming in for on the estimate.

Compared price of a part they sold me from another dealership i used and it was almost double. Tried to over service my vehicle with things that werent needed. Repaired a broken wire to an injector took two hours labor this was after being charged for diagnosing. I wish i lived closer to my old chevy dealership. Nothing but a rip off stay clear.

To program a key takes 10min max anywhere, before lunch the service department was open and quiet as I've ever seen it and they won't copy a key for an outrageous amount anyway, very disappointed.

I wish I could leave a zero star review, horrible customer service, horrible shop, mind you it was under warranty(yes covered) but wasn't purchased at that particular lot, brought in for repairs- mis-diagnosed to start with, then spent a week looking for a part that didn't even exist, then after proving they had the wrong diagnosis, my original chevy/gmc parts were replaced with some used ones found in a truck out back of the lot, without. Y permission or warranty companies(which they would have paid for a new one) then basically rushed out of the shop to be ignored time and time again by management even the owner as to why my truck was "repaired" like that..... and can't get a phone call back to resolve it ...... so ya, unless you buy the vehicle there, I would run as fast as I could from their doors, crooked af

Terrible experience with the service dept. They had my Buick van for 4 weeks and the technician could not figure out why there was a constant dinging as if the door was ajar. I spent 1200 dollars with them and they fixed absolutely NOTHING. They replaced parts that had nothing to do with the issue and eventually just pulled the fuse to my entire radio and said that should stop the dinging. I still have a parasitic drain on the battery that never got fixed... They fixed nothing and didn't try to make things right or offer me a partial refund or anything. Incompetent technician and terrible service.

A belated review but necessary to verify the work done. It was a superb job by all involved with a number of complex problems. They did the best of multiple mechanics at this issue who had previously tried to solve it. Here are the details.My daughter had an internship in Roseburg so I drove her car (Suzuki SX4) from New York. It had a recurring problem with rear wheel speed sensors and a leaking differential. Not sure who could work on these cars no longer in production but they took on the challenge.It took some time for the parts to come in that were needed but we were quickly back in operation with new brakes, rear seals, rear axle shafts, rear bearings once they did.The car was used for an additional three months in Oregon then driven across country to Florida with no recurring problems. Job well done!Services: Brakes

WARNING! This business has now been listed as an outbreak site by the OHA! Staff doesnt wear masks unless begged to, manager(Frank Mesa) didnt even wear a mask and argued his own signage indicating it was needed didnt say it was needed. Tries to tell customers they don't onow what they're talking about re: social distancing. Does not practice social distancing.
