I needed a paper gasket that sort of measured 6 inch by 4 inch with its special shape,holes etc.
These guys wanted $45 for that gasket.
They gave me a quote on a piece of paper. I took the part number from the paper, went online and found that gasket for $4.95 plus shipping.

I was looking for a Chevy pickup online and I came across one at Clint Newell Chevrolet. Being that the dealership is 200 mi away Chelsee kept me informed and answered questions during the entire process. Things went smoothly, trade in financing and everything was handled over the phone and email. Cudos to your service department! We have a 2022 Suburban High Country that has had a popping noise since we took delivery of it in Florida. As we made our way across America the noise increasingly worsened, especially when flexing in the mountains. We had it “diagnosed” at four other GM dealerships during our travels, with no success. Your team put in the hard work, contacting corporate for solutions of this new air ride system and figured it out. THANK YOU!! Because we love our Suburban and didn’t want to have to trade it.

Awesome customer service, Brian was our sales guy and was awesome, answered all our questions and we never felt rushed!! Bought our 2024 GMC with him.we also bought a tonneau bed cover and had issues with it several times. Cameron and Ryan in parts have been amazing and so helpful in getting my issues resolved, wonderful customer service I highly recommend the dealership!

We’d been driving a ‘15 Silverado 2500 for a year and a half and decided to buy a 2024 3500 right before we went on a 3 week RV trip. We had three we were looking at and we contacted the three dealers. Devin at Clint Newell immediately struck us as the most straightforward of the salespeople we talked with and in the first phone call, gave us a price on the truck and a value for our trade. We talked to him on a Saturday night and decided Sunday (while they were closed) that we would head there Monday to buy the truck from him. We set up an appointment while we were on our way. Everyone in the Chevy side of the dealership was extremely nice from the second we walked in. We worked everything out with Devin re the trade and then spent some time in the main building finalizing the paperwork. Of course the finance guy tried to sell us an extended warranty and all that but he took no for an answer and we got out of there relatively quickly as far as car buying goes. We drove home with the new truck Monday afternoon and Tuesday we hooked up our RV and took off. We would definitely recommend Devin and the team at Clint Newell Chevrolet.

Service is 5-stars, but their sales dept. is a bit sleazy. We received a hand written letter from their GM saying "we have a customer that wants to buy your car - we're prepared to offer you well above market value for it, please call us." Turns out there wasn't a customer - they just wanted to increase their used car inventory. And the amount they offered was $5k below Kelley Blue Book value (not "well above"). To the GM: I understand that used cars are in low supply right now, but don't send customers letters with misleading info. Just say that you're interested and would like to chat. No gimmicks or false promises. Honesty and integrity still matter to some folks.
