We broke down in ROSEBURG OR on Mother's Day. Being from Arizona, we knew no one.
We were so fortunate to call a outstanding towing company who came out, recommended SWARM'S, loaded our truck, took us to hotel of our choice, then delivered our truck to Swarm's fenced auto repair.
By 9:00 the next morning, Swarm's called about the diagnosis of our truck. They ordered the part, picked us up at the hotel,
repair was done by 3:00.
The cost was more than fair and the service was outstanding. We were in the repair business for over 15 years so we are very familiar with fair and honest service.
Would recommend this family auto repair to anyone!!

Brought my vehicle in for shocks and struts, he called and said " yep they need replaced but we won't do it" . He claimed they don't make the parts anymore, they do a quick Google search says yes Said well you could do a conversion kit to change over from non air shocks but we can't do that, don't know how! Told me to basically scrap my really nice Cadillac that has low miles and no other problems. To sum it up , he charged me 55$ and that was that . Didn't recommend anyone that could help. I just feel it to be a bit of a scam , other auto shops around town will diagnose for free and with a smile. Being I already knew what was needed and they did nothing. I will not recommend Chuck Swarm to any of my customers.

So thankful for this team of peos! My car broke down on a road teip and they squeezed me in and gave lots of trip planning advice alongside the repairs :) super reasonable prices as well! Thanks for all the help
